Lake Hefner Townhomes

I've been living here going on 2 1/2 years they have switched staf in the office over two times the emergency line don't never pick up and even if they do they don't assist you with your emergency. I'm outside right now at 10:48 PM because my carbon monoxide detector have been going off and they refused to pick up until I texted letting them know the fire department was on the way these townhomes needs way better management

They let anyone move in. I've had loud neighbors. Never got an peace in my own home. Complained to the office. Their music was so loud you could hear it outside and all throughout my apt. They didn't care cause the guy was on section 8 and unemployed.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Especially in unit 1714. This place is a cesspool of roaches and trash. The plumbing was terrible. To the point where water would rain down THROUGH LIGHT FIXTURES AND OUTLETS. And April and her crew of duct tape boys didn't do anything about it until I served them court papers. Just keep driving or scrolling bc when this place comes up. Not work the headache/hassle no matter how cheap.

They are raising rent almost 60% when the average across the city is less than 30%. It's absolutely their right to do so, but it's definitely not the right thing to do.

I wish i could give negative stars.Don't waste your time. Literally the WORST management. They constantly shut off the water without notice. They've even "misplaced" our rent money order & tried to make up pay 700+ dollars when they're the ones who lost it!??! They tried to charge us for trash that was around our apartment door (which wasnt even our trash) when there is trash EVERYWHERE all over the complex.The people who work at the office don't seem to know anything about anything. The manager doesn't care about the residents & even the corporate office is trash. Every time i call corporate to file complaints no one is ever there to speak to me. I cannot wait to move out.

Absolutely would not recommend this VERY unprofessional apartment complex.. Especially if you have little ones, on top of there constantly being gun shots coming from the parking lot your kids are not allowed to act their age. Received 2 lease violations within 3 weeks of moving in there for my 2 year old twins being loud "constantly" and riding a bike inside when my children do not even own a bike. Don't waste your time or money; ALSO don't forget the roaches that they refuse to do anything about!

It is really unfortunate that the people that move into this complex are not the best tenants nor are they the type of people you would want to have for neighbors. They are too lazy too put trash in trash bin, it's just easier to dump it on the ground for the rats, racoons and mice to get into it, breeding a very unhealthy environment. Animals are allowed but owners are not forced or fined if they don't bend over and pick up their animals poop. Even more tragic are the people that run this complex. A person moved in next door to me, and all hours of the day and night people came and went. Different people moved in and out all the time with the person who was renting the apartment. The smell of drugs constantly permeated my inside and outside my apartment. There were always violent fights and arguments going on inside and right outside the aartment all the time. I complained to managment all the time and nothing was ever done. During the worst December, January cold weather, pipes froze and when they started to thaw and entire building experienced tremendous flooding, but getting the water out of the apartments so mold wouldn't start forming, was not at the top of managements priority list. Residence constantly received notices from management not to put toilet paper down the toilet, which if you look this up, Oklahoma Landlord and Tenant law, would consider this an uninhabitable living condition. The Apartments heating and air conditioning systems are the worst. You freeze in the winter and swelter in the summer. Water is always being shut off to fix a pipe that has broken some where in the complex. Cosmetically the apartments are nice but I highly recommend you stay away from moving into this complex.

Lake hefner townhomes in west Britton management is terrible! They kept my security deposit...stating it was a holding deposit...and my receipt clearly states it was a security deposit. I dont know about anyone else but i worked hard for my money,and for them to just keep it...is wrong!! R they that hard up!?!? After reading the reviews...im grateful i didnt move in...maybe they r using my money on getting the ac fixed. 9 tenants were in office c/o ac not working....i cant seem to find out who owns the property...but i wont stop till i get my $100 back!!

Run, They are terrible! Lake Hefner Townhomes OKC. They charge you for plumbing problems. It's a $100 charge just to get your plumbing fix. That is something they should just do. It's not our fault the apartments are old and has terrible plumbing.

The apartments are the absolute worse. The office staff are actually worse than the apartments and neighborhood. The office manager is never in the office and her clones cover up for her hanging out at the Dollar Store during work hours. Whenever you ask questions either you get eye rolling or "that is a question for the manager". Don't forget the manager is not there but once or twice a week. Good luck on getting anything resolved or fixed.
