I watched them profile Black guests, not once but twice. Once they hassled two blackWomen who were visiting guest, second a black gentleman who asked for a room and they claimed they were sold out. I check on the booking website and they were in fact not "sold out". Finally , The BOOKING.com showed a large breakfast spread and we were handed a paper bag for breakfast when we asked.

A nightmare. It was one thing after another at this place. First - it took over 3 hours to check in because they were trying to charge our card more than the price. I certainly wish we would have left but we kept staying with it because my daughter wanted an outdoor pool. Then the next morning breakfast goes until 9. But not really. My his and got down there at 855, everything was being put away and he was told "it's closed". Then we went to the pool - the whole reason we were there. Hot tub was gross with lots of algae. Trash was everywhere on the ground. The pool was dirty with debris in the deep end but.....we had come this far. So. I let my daughter swim. Then....we asked for late check out. The answer was no. Ok we understand. My husband put all of our belongings in our car - so our room was empty and vacated. Since we missed swimming the night before - we decided to hang out at the pool for an hour or so AFTER we checked out. Unfortunlately, I returned our pool towels on our way out. You know, the right thing to do. And what did they do???????? THEY CHARGED ME $50 for a "late check out".RUN FROM THIS PLACE. It's awful. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. We completely regret it. What a waste of our money and time. We are done with La Quinta - it was such a strange experience. We were not treated like guests - we were treated like "hey, get the f outta here" Husband called Wyndham today. There's nothing they can do. The hotels are supposedly individual owned. . Well that explains it I suppose. I will be coming to Yelp to read reviews on hotels from now on!!!!

My experience there was fairly bad. The first night we booked a double, because it was myself, my fiancé, two daughters and my baby. The AC did not work it kept making a loud banging sound. I finally got fed up and complained. I was "upgraded" to a suite. In the suite I had my son and I sat on the bed. Just as I was getting ready to nurse him I saw a BED BUG (I took pictures) crawling on the bed. I ran out of that room.I informed the front desk and was moved to another room. This was also a suite, so it was a king size bed and a pull out couch. Like I said, I have kids, so I called the front desk to ask for a couple more towels, pillows, sheet, and blanket. I was told "sorry we don't have any extra we're at full capacity." I explained that I had booked a double and why I am in that room. The guy at the front desk just said "I have pillows and towels." I asked him what I was supposed to do with my kids. He didn't care, he just said I don't know. It wasn't until my fiancé went down stairs and had a few words with him that he finally got everything I had asked for. I will never stay there again!

Handicap parking not enforced. Daytime front desk staff at checkout insensitive and rude. Night time desk staff wonderful and very professionalOne of the hotel entry doors has been broken for months. Means a wheelchair user must roll an extra 100-150 yards Decent value.

Stayed here a night in a cross-country move. The Good:-Spacious rooms, I had to check my reservation after getting in as I was quite certain I had only booked a King and not a King Suite. It was a King. Well laid-out as well.-Pet friendly-Warm welcome and farewell-Updated, modern rooms. They're pretty sexy.-The water pressure will pummel the dirt off you.-The AC unit was quiet and efficient. The quasi-bad:-Modern rooms with modern flooring echo like crazy. I always knew how things were going when my husband was in the bathroom. There is carpeting under most of the room, but wood/wood laminate at the entrance and in the bathroom.-Thin walls. I know my neighbor got laid last night and I know that the woman likely wasn't satisfied. The man was scarily exuberant. Nothing like waking up to a Big-O that isn't yours at 2 AM.-The bed could have been a bit comfier. I was exhausted from a 10+ hour drive and even I thought the sheets were scratchy.-Parking is fine if you're in a normal vehicle. I was in a moving truck and towing a car. I was able to park across several spaces and no one minded...but there's a pandemic going on, and had the hotel been more full, I may not have had anywhere to go.-It's a bit off the freeway if you're looking for a quick hop on/hop off.Still would 100% stay again.

Been on the road for two weeks, and in different hotels every single night. This La Quinta was easily amongst the nicest. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. All the amenities you'd expect, and friendly people working in all capacities... with the exception of one guy. We did not get his name but he was working the front counter the morning of 10/21 between the hours of 8AM and 11AM. This guy was only interested in his own comfort. Nestled nicely behind the counter constantly on his cell phone. No interest in greetings nor service. The continental breakfast featured sausage and hash downs that were still frozen in the middle. When we interrupted this dude's screen surfing to let him know, his response was "well there's a microwave next to them". No apologies nor concern for his guest. No "thanks for making me aware". Just went straight back to ignoring his customers. I later watched this same guy posted up in the lobby eating his own "hot" breakfast and watching TV. Minutes later another customer was standing at the front desk for several minutes waiting for him to help. They rang the bell several times, but dude couldn't be found. La Quinta, and all other establishments, the people you hire represent your brand. Poor customer service will consistently outweigh everything else about your customer's stay. Please reach out to me directly if you require a description of your employee. I'll be glad to help you out.

Rooms reek of smoke, ac/heat unit seems to barely work and smells weird and there's an odd wire hanging out of the side. No fan in the bathroom, almost non-existent water pressure and the double doors that don't fully close. This place sucks.

This is a nice LaQuinta! No carpet......a novel idea! Especially for a pet friendly hotel. Very very clean. When your dogs don't sniff around you know it's clean. Great dog walking area out back. Front desk put me right by the back door when they found out I had the dogs. Newly renovated. Only stayed one night and will definitely stop over here again. Everything worked properly in my room. Security lights surrounding property. It's a shame the old reviews show up first because this is now a very clean, updated hotel. No complaints here.
