This was the patch up job. Putting lipstick on a pig.
This has clearly not been cleaned in who knows how long.
I was given this and told my check in was cancelled and I would be issued a refund.
Bathroom floor when we checked in with powder all over it.
Dirty lamp, smudged and gross
Tub with paint chips coming off.
Hair in the tub, bathtub chipping,they placed a paper mat over the area but you can clearly see how disgusting it is!

We have stayed at this la Quinta multiple times over the past 20 years....our last recent 4 night visit was unlike any in the past which have been great.This visit we were charged more for the Sunday night and Wednesday night visit because they "were so busy " (there were 4 cars in the parking lot).....Breakfast was day old bread, dry Bagels, dry cereal, dry biscuits and reheated gravy, and the usual waffles.....When i asked about the eggs and sausage and fresh bakery items usually served they said they didnt have any....We originally were staying 3nights and that amount was takin out of account. We extended our stay by one night and all the amount for 4 nights was also taken out of our account. We asked the front desk clerk she said the original amount taken out for the 3nght stay would be returnedvto our account in 5 to 7days.....When we said it was unacceptable the "Manager" came out a said we could leave or accept the double charge.Fortunately our bank opened a dispute for the double charge a returned the original funds taken to our account.Housekeeping at this location is outstanding!The grounds and maintance if the property or lacking and run down.We found the front desk and management staff to to be unhelpful and negative. They are not friendly and helpful ascthey had been in the past.We had brought a bottle wine and forgot an opener. Usually you can count on the front desk for such incidentals....no. Instead, our guests at the desk stepped up to help.....Our room didnt have a Hairdryer per usual.....i was told they'd have to get back to me....Something had happen in the management in a bad way to this La Quinta......We WILL NOT BE BACK....

First, don't believe the average rating of 3 stars...it is clearly because management put in a bunch of fake 5 star reviews with canned photos, etc. if you stayed here, you know this to be a fact because the fake reviews rave about the complementary breakfast which was completely inedible. Our room was not as bad as some reviewers experienced but the AC was terrible; it got the room to about 74 and I can't sleep at that temp. So I got up at 6am and went to the lobby to work. The coffee was sludge from the prior day (week?). As I was working i looked up and discovered the lobby had filled up quite a bit and everyone was eating...oh my god, people will eat anything that is free. Well, you get what you pay for. They had some semi-solid yellow matter floating in some other yellow liquid...ewe, I think that was supposed to be eggs...but that concoction never involved real eggs, I guarantee that. Anyway the "food" was disgusting. When I got done working and went back upstairs my wife said they knocked on the door to clean the room at 9am -- since she wasn't up yet -- they NEVER came back. Now I have no towels or anything this morning. What a crappy place. They have a sign at the front desk that shows "8.4"...I think that is supposed to be their grade...but that must be out of 100. Unfortunately their aren't a ton of choices in Norman and if your child is at school here l, and it's parent's weekend -- you may end up here....but you'll survive, I'm pretty sure. Yuck

Would give this hotel zero stars if it was an option! If it wasn't for the fact that our team was staying there, we would've left immediately upon checkin! It was clear our room had not been cleaned from the previous customer...dog food on the floor, toenails, powder stuff all over bathroom floor, hair all in the tub, towel draped over the shower, no toiletries! The ONLY thing was beds were made, however they looked as if they had been slept in and remade. Sheets were all wrinkled and when we pulled the covers back, there was lots of hair in the sheets! We were exhausted from traveling all day from California so we just slept on top of the sheets. Next morning explained to the front desk worker (who did not look up at us and was very rude) and asked to have our room cleaned. We were gone all day at the completion. Came back to find we had toiletries, towels and that was it!!! No beds made, no vacuumed floors, bathroom cleaned!!! Breakfast is a joke! Good luck finding milk that isn't expired, bread that isn't stale or moldy and the eggs are not really eggs! I think I saw the front desk staff outside smoking more than I saw them behind the desk. I will never stay here again, nor recommend it to anyone.

wow. Have added a 20dollar dog fee and took away oatmeal for breakfast. stale bagels and cold cereal available and waffles. The coffee was cold and full of grounds. Breakfast is now at 7. It's obvious this chain is in trouble. We have stayed there at least 20 times on our way to Texas. Always like it. We won't be back.

Just checked in here. Front desk was prompt to check me in and the hotel is decent overall. The room is also decent, however, the bathroom leaves much room for improvement. We're staying on the first floor and I'm guessing they haven't renovated lately. There is no fan in the bathroom and the tub had numerous pubic hairs in it. While rinsing them down the drain, paint chips came off the bottom of the tub. The drain is also very slow. Here's a photo for reference. I'm sure if I called they would move our room but we just finished getting settled and we're only staying one night. Just know you'll get what you pay for.

TL; DR: Why the **** am I a Wyndham rewards member?!Had to get a room due to power outage caused by a severe thunderstorm. I have a young child, and mentioned both her and the outage on the phone when I called for a reservation. Representative didn't acknowledge that at all and instead kept repeatedly trying to upsell me, even after I said I was tired and needed to go. He however conveniently left off the fact that the entire first floor is blocked off and you have to haul your things to the rear of the hotel. I got there with myself and child both being exhausted, only to be told to take her and her things back to my car. I was like "you've got to be kidding" to the person behind the front desk. She literally shrugged and handed me back my card. I've worked customer service; it is NOT that hard to at least pretend to give a damn! We get to our "non-smoking room", which smelled of cigarettes. Like many people, I'm allergic to them. Having an itchy throat & eyes is a problem in the best of times; during a global respiratory virus? Alarming. After we get to bed, the room next door's guests started fighting. What sounded like 3 or 4 grown men yelling at each other and fighting over the door to their room. Called the front desk; the noise dies down for a little while only to start back up even more loudly about 45 minutes later. I was too exhausted to call back.After all this, next morning I desperately want a long hot shower. Surprise, surprise: nasty shower! See photos.

This place was terrible and then it just got incredibly worse. My son and I booked this hotel. The photos were deceiving. It was not at all what we encountered. The bathtub was disgusting. The fixtures were rusted. We left at 10pm that same night after arriving upon closer inspection of the room. We were told that our refund would go through today. Monday. I then speak with the manager who accuses me of lying and saying I never left. That I stayed there and just checked out today when I clearly was not there. I told her I had proof and that her front desk told me I would get a refund. They knew I left. I told her to check the cameras. She was incredibly rude. Valerie is who called and the GM is equally grotesque in the way she treated me. The room was disgusting. They refused to give me the name of the ownership or corporate. Such a terrible place!! Good thing I work in the hospitality industry and will be in contact with the proper people to get this resolved. Stay away.

Me and my mother stayed at this location recently and when I went to use the bathroom the was still urine in the toilet. Not what you want to see when checking into a hotel room, and makes me wonder what else they didn't clean.

I booked this place because it looked nice and safe. As soon as I checked in the young lady and the young man at the front decked scared me away. Like scared me away. Be careful they told me cars get broken into so it's best I think twice. I decided to go somewhere else. Luckily I found a safe and welcoming hotel. 2 stars for there honesty.

I was recently at this hotel. The first night when we got in bed we noticed several brown specks with segmented bodies with antantee. (bugs) I called the desk and two staff came to the room. They offered another room. Of course we had to move ourselves. When I was was checking out I asked the clerk if they would comp us a room for one night. I informed her we had bugs in our room. She checked the log book and nothing was written down. She informed me her manager would be in later. When I went back the clerk informed me it was brown fuzz on the sheets. Now how does several specks of brown fuzz get on white sheets? It does not make sense.Plus the air conditioning in this room was horrible. Beware if you check in at this hotel you better check your linens for bed bugs.
