La Quinta by Wyndham OKC North - Quail Springs

We came to this place. Went in and got a quote on how much it would cost. The girl at the front desk with her pierced face and tattoos told us $64.89 and we went and put money on our Visa card. Came back, checked in. Spent our few days here and when we went to check out the room magically went up to $120 a night. I won't ever come back to this place ever again.

Worst staycation ever! The room was large and had a jacuzzi all seemed great initially but you will not get a relaxing night and no sleep at this place. Don't count on having a nice relaxing romantic dinner/ night. Got suite 2002 for starters there was several quality issues, curtains were ripped when we arrived something that may have just been missed but the broken tile and the metal trim sticking up is very obvious and dangerous. You can hear everything next door, above or anywhere around room. It gets worse, the water pipe noise is loud running water through old house in the basement type noise. So if anyone wants to use water or fill their jacuzzi at 3-4am or anytime you will hear it echo in your room. I checked in late and was up by 5am had maybe 2hr of sleep had breakfast at the diner nearby and checked out.

Stay away from this place if you don't want bed bug bites! This place is the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed - not cleaned properly and most staffs don't wear masks, and yes, bed bugs! Also, noises in the bathroom in the middle of nights and constant dog barks are unacceptable! Management, time to do something or consider closing this location for good because it's just embarrassing.

This place was very accommodating And clean!Excellent breakfast and dog friendly!! Spacious rooms with refrigerator and microwave.

I reserved a pair of rooms one week in advance, each room was for three days. We arrive 10/14, and were to leave on 10/17. We arrived at about 4:00 pm on the 14th. The wind had been blowing all night and all day, we had driven in from Williams Az, a distance of about 900 miles. Check-in went good, we were greeted by a nice young lady who took my credit card and charged us $541 and change. We went up to the rooms, number 314 and 319. The rooms were dusty, perhaps from all the wind. We went down to talk to the lady at the front desk. She bought the manager out, "Steve". He did not care at all about the details of our complaint with the dust. He told the lady to refund our money to our card and told us to check out, get our things and go. We had just driven in from almost a thousand miles, we came here with a reservation that was confirmed by email a week before. This was an agreement that they would provide lodging, and we would provide revenue for the hotel. My wife tried to articulate our unhappiness with the dust and he just kept saying, you are not happy, check out and go.It is after 4:30, we are in a town that we don't know much about and this tyrant is telling us to get out after we just paid over $541. I eventually got him to let us stay, but whoever owns this place needs to understand how the manager on duty at 4:30 pm on October 14 is treating the customers.The rooms were nice, we took windex and towels from the car and dusted everything since the manager would not even let us explain our issue. The three days in the rooms were acceptable, we had fun with our friends and there were no further complaints. The restrooms were nice, there was plenty of hot water, the beds were nice, overall the rooms were good. But after being treated like we were by the manager, I doubt we would stay here again.We could have left when he was telling us to check out and go, but that was not the agreement made when I called and made our reservations.

I stayed here for a month in 2019 for work and let me tell you: the staff was AMAZING! It's thanks for the woman at the front taking time out of her day, that I have constant points in the Wyndham app. The breakfast was always really delicious which is hard to find in places that include free breakfast. I will definitely recommend this location.

This place was absolutely terrible. The air conditioner hardly worked. There were cockroaches in the hallways and rooms. We had a softball team together (7&8 yr olds) in a room. There were 4 of them sitting on the bed watching tv and someone made a "noise complaint" and they weren't even being loud. The GM came down the hall in his underwear and a T-shirt (didn't know he was the gm until after the fact) and told us if they didn't quiet down and us adults didn't stay out of the hallway they would call the cops. The cops showed up. We will never ever stay here again and I will be calling corporate on Monday to report him.

Nice hotel. Clean room. Helpful staff. I was a little worried at checkin because there was a woman holding a newborn behind the desk. Yep that was the front desk clerk. I think she was expecting another too. Apparently this was a distraction for her because the first room she gave me was dirty and had not had housekeeping after the previous guest. 5 minutes later I was in a new room and it was very clean. She was very nice and apologetic. The staff the next day was very nice too. You just don't expect to see a baby as part of the checkin process. Ha!The room was a king size and a weird floor plan. There were 3 closets. I didn't use any of them. Breakfast was ok. A sign said no eggs due to a recall so I'm guessing they make packaged egg product instead of real eggs. Still there were plenty choices and I was happy. There were also sodas and waters next to the front desk in a glass frig in the hallway. They called it the market but it was really a frig against the wall. Nice enough and it was there. I took a sneaky photo of my checkin team. It was fine just caught me off guard. I'm guessing her sitter was late and made it happen. I checked In at 11pm on the nose do I guess it was the start of her shift or the end perhaps. Anyway, sorry to drift off on that minor issue. Great hotel and a great value. Convenient location too.

Booked a room through Expedia which was not as described. Was disappointed because I didn't get what Expedia advertised. However the hotel staff was fast, friendly, and always present. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would have been nice to have some body lotion with the shampoo/conditioner. Mainly went for the indoor pool which completely met our expectations. Recommend reserving a room directly from the hotel; the price is the same and you know what you're getting.

The staff is very friendly however the rooms, pool area are way less than satisfactory. I would have left pretty quick had it not been for my kids. Showers, under the bed, floor all pretty dirty. We saw wrappers and food particles under the bed skirt. Being that they allow animals just made me cringe a little more knowing it wasn't really cleaned well.
