Best Pañería in the OKC metro. Great menudo and pozole. The tres leches cake is to die for. Highly recommend. A south side jewel.

I love coming here for bread!!! it smells so good right when you walk in the door and all the workers there are super kind!! The prices are incredible as well. Don't be discouraged by the big lines because they are working fast and hard.

Good place to grab pan dulce and hot chocolate. Parking is okay and lighting inside is very dim. The case where the bread is displaced doesn't have any working lights. They have a restaurant as well, but it's never open. They did have a really pretty Rosca de reyes.

The pastries are great - a mix of sweeter or less sweet options available. I do not speak Spanish but the women working were great and there were English menus at the restaurant. I had breakfast along with taking the pastries to a work meeting (cheapest and tastiest option!) and the food was good as well. I also special ordered a cupcake birthday cake very last minute and the bakery was incredibly helpful and made a beautiful cake with less than 24 hours notice! See attached photos.

Married to a Oaxacan woman and been to Oaxaca i know Oaxaca food drove all the way from north Oklahoma to try this place what a big disappointment the tluyuda was not original with all the vegetables they served with the regular meat they put on it I'm used to the tasajo, cecina and chorizo just with cabbage and quessillo on the bakery side my wife was asking for the traditional Oaxacan bread they didn't even know what she was talking about.

I sort of, kind of, very badly speak some Spanish (mostly food items), but I'm not good at it yet. I speak a number of other languages better than Spanish, but I am trying to get better. So I asked, right off, if they spoke English, but if not, we could struggle with my awful Spanish. She spoke English way better than I speak Spanish, so we were good.I got cacahuates, cochinitos (a bit over baked, but still delicious), orejas, and estropajo floreado (I read and write Spanish way way better than I speak it), but I forgot the bolillos I'd intended to get. And they didn't have niño envuelto, but they may have it some other day. There are so many delicious Mexican sweet cakes that they can't possibly have all of them all the time.Best thing is that I have enough sweets for a special breakfast tomorrow morning, and enough for the rest of the week, too. Next time, I'll remember the bolillos and maybe some cemitas for sandwiches. Or some telera rolls.They were so kind, especially with not making me stumble through my awful Spanish, that this will become a regular spot for buying special treats. Unlike some other Mexican panaderias, they don't treat you poorly if you're not fluent in their dialect of Spanish.

We love the tlayuda here, and the freshly baked marranitos are simply PERFECT served alongside a hot cup of coffee.Parking can be a bitch, yes, but that's a relatively minor complaint.

Desgraciadamente no puedo darle 5 a este establecimiento. Las razones son las siguientes. 1) las mesas y sillas estaban sucias, tuvimos que limpiarlas nosotros para poder sentarnos. 2) el baño estaba sucio y nada más tenían uno en servicio. 3) la comida estaba más o menos, en realidad más menos que más. Espero el manager mantenga el lugar más limpio por lo menos. Especialmente los baños y mesas que es lo principal de un negocio.
