My vehicle was bought from this dealership, a 2017 GMC Acadia. Had to have it towed to Kyle Edwards when smoke came from under the hood and stop engine light came on. I felt since I bought the vehicle there they would give me good service. This was on a Friday afternoon and was told by service manager he would call me and let me know what the problem was. Never heard from him. Called on Monday morning and was told it was radiator hoses but they had to order the hoses. Four times while they had my vehicle I was told they would call me. It was not repaired until Wed. The cost of repair was $675. After checking with another repair shot I could have gotten it done completely for $275. Communication sucked and cost was outrageous. Will never buy from this dealership again or have repairs done. After complaining they knocked off $25 so total bill was $650.

by far the worst and very unprofessional dealership .they where super nice and attentive when I was inquiry about the car but right after I sign they literally ignore every phone call and text they took hours before replaying to my questions.they promise I can have the car within 5 days which didnt happen and was not never would have happened. they deliver the pappers works 1 day in delay then I got every 5 years old excuse there was a death in post officeI'm with a client (for 8 hours)I'm on the phone with the delivery company (for 4 hours?)I'm sick please talk to to my manger jeff wilhite and the sale man Louis angel very unprofessional would never recommend them or wanna do business with this dealer ship ever

Driving my truck when the check engine shrugged and the check engine light flickered then went away.Kyle Edwards WAS my go to place when I have truck issues. Today I spoke with the service manager. I explained the concern. He then referred me to a different manager. I again explained my concern. She then explained there would be a $100 diagnostic fee. I advised her the truck was under an extended warranty. All I wanted was for the on board computer to be scanned to verify there was no error code issues. She then said the warranty wouldn't cover a diagnostic fee without a repair. Sensing a lack of enthusiasm for my concern, I left the dealership. Tomorrow I'll take my concern and future business to Corley Chevrolet.

Very pleased with the dealership especially the service department. Two improvements I would like to see are for oil changes and any service is that a vehicle vacuum or maybe the windshield cleaned. These are two additional touches that are provided at smaller in/out type facilities that are not offered at KE GMC. This is a small detail that's a win for a customer. Also, your automated phone system...pressing this or that to get to a dept doesn't send you directly to that department all the time and you have to repeat what you selected. With vehicles using blue tooth for phone options, i think that making a driver select an option may be a thing of the past in hands free operation. Save the money on automated phone systems and have an operator pick up the phone.
