He's professional, courteous, and effective. He gives everything a personal touch, remembering what he's done on your car before with great detail. You get the sense he actually cares.

New owners, even better service!While we've been servicing our cars since 2012, a more recent change in ownership has really bump up the quality of customer experience. The family owners are onsite, and really care about the customers. They've remodeled the lobby area, and rather than looking like the typical broken down grease monkey automotive waiting area, it's a nice peaceful place to sit and relax. My wife and kids especially love seeing the resident mascot, Charlee the most beautiful Weimaraner. Come down and get your vehicle tuned up. Pour a cup of coffee and hang out with Charlee the dog! Owned by a friendly local family. Has a nice waiting area to sit in while your car is being serviced, complete with complimentary water and coffee. When I took my car in for an alignment check, there were some issues with rust and the owner took me out to the bay and explained what was going on.

TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Fabulous family owned establishment that will bend over backwards to ensure the most courteous, attentive and thorough customer care and service. This place certainly sets the standard for the industry and is the best I've experienced in my 28 years, hands down.

Gotten my oil changed here a couple of times and no issues, after last visit started having issues with my car & took it back to ask them about it, they proceeded to tell me that my i needed a new fuel pump sensor, cylanoid, and fuel pump.... I was shocked since when I had been in there 3 days before I informed them I was taking a long trip and had asked them to check everything out for me and they agreed to do so and that they had but had yet to inform me of this pretty serious issue (I thought at the time)..... Long story short, after taking it to a different mechanic than they had tried to suggest I go to it was a coil pack that cost $70..... Oil changes here are okay but NEVER take mechanical advice from them. Seriously.

My first and very last visit with this company was on a Monday and it ended on the following Saturday took my car there to get the oil changed and the blinkers as well as a windshield wiper replaced as I was standing in the lobby why they worked on it I was belittled by a male individual named Logan making comments about how I just needed blinker fluid left their office after getting what I thought was just a oil change a filter replaced to headlights and windshield wiper got in my vehicle drove off realize the blinkers did not get changed went ahead and left instead of turning around and going back I went home drove the car Monday drove it Tuesday Wednesday I end up broke down on I-40 had a friend come out and help me after 4 to open the hood find out that the filter was sitting on the manifold the oil cap was sitting on the manifold called the garage told them the guy Logan said he was going to send two of his guys out to work on my vehicle if they couldn't get it started or figure it out they would have it towed to the garage I said okay thank you they didn't get it started so they towed it to their garage the next day which was Friday he told me that my vehicle is ready to pick up and it was $216 but apparently my vehicle was just out of gas but during the time that his two guys were working on it even they said oh no there's plenty of gas the battery is started and we're not sure why but according to the older gentleman he said it was just out of gas and the battery was dead I told him I didn't feel that I needed to pay the 200 and something dollars for a tow because he did not explain that to me and I had he told me I would have declined so I go Saturday morning after 8 to pick up my vehicle and when I go inside the shop he approaches me and says you're not happy with me are you and I said no I'm not after a few moments of us going back and forth no yelling no cussing just told him that he needed to reword the conversation he needed to tell me that if they couldn't get it started that at my expense he could have it towed but instead he said if they were not able to they would take it to the garage and take care of me so I didn't feel that I needed to pay that tow I told him that he did not complete my full service the day that I brought my van in my blinkers were not replaced the filter was not put in and neither was the oil cap he then got upset and said he would go put some blinkers on I said no thank you I don't want you touching my vehicle I said I just want to pay for this and go I handed him my bank card he wouldn't take it I laid it on the counter and said I just want to go he continued to one of us and I said I don't want to do anything I'll just deal with it later and he laughed and said you don't have any way of dealing with anything and I said well it'll be a civil matter he got upset started cursing me told me to take my mother f---ing card and he threw it at my face it hit me fell on the ground I bent down to pick it up he threw my keys at me which hit me in the side of the face told me to get out of his mother effing shop and never to come back I will never go there I will never refer anybody there I have called several different places as well as the police department and made my full complaint

I will never go back here again. First, on my wife's car they left off the tabs that keep her glovebox from falling in the floor and I thought that's ok just an honest mistake. Then I took my car which is brand new and they didn't put the access door under car back on properly so it eventually fell off and ripped in half. When I took it back they refused to right the situation and refused to even admit they did. Again the car was brand new and they are the only ones to even access it.

They've remodeled the inside and it looks awesome. Aesthetics obviously isn't the most important thing at a service shop, but it's nice to wait in a clean and inviting waiting room. Every time I've been, service has been great - they're fast and staff is super friendly and helpful.

Guys, this was by far the friendliest, kindest, most economical, and simply the best car care service I have ever experienced. Less than $200 for a synthetic oil change and transmission service! They treated me like long lost family, and really genuinely appreciated my business. Other places like to try to up sell you and bamboozle you into more, unnecessary, more expensive service, not these folks though! Desiree offered me a soda, the boys let me hang out in the shop and watch what they were doing, and nobody tried to talk me into any service that I didn't need or ask for! Super professional and very efficient! We will definitely be using this Kwik Kar for all of our car care needs!
