Kwik Kar Lube & Tune

I took my f-150 in here recently to get an oil change. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They did a great job and were very nice. I've been going there for years with many different cars. I don't go anywhere else!

Took my Jeep in because I had oil leaking and they did my last oil change. I was told I had a main seal cracked and it would be $564.13 to fix. I then took it to my mechanic(Dwain's Auto Repair)who power washed it and it was only a loose oil filter. Be careful with this Kwik Kar. Not reputable!

Randy is a fantastic shop manager! I came in from out of town with some alert lights after getting a full transmission work up in Arizona. He saw me immediately and made sure my mind was at ease. The shop offers free check up, and diagnostic reading. Randy has great character and always has a smile and is looking to help. I felt more like an old friend than a customer. Took my F250 in for an oil change. Was charged $91. When I complained, the charge was reduced to $81. Really, $81 for an oil change? While I was there, four other customers came in. Three of the other four were there to complain that the repairs they had paid for were not done right. I don't see how these guys stayed in office.

I waited so long and was desperate to get an oil change, I drive by this place every day so I thought I would give it a try. They were incredibly prompt and friendly. I have unfortunately come across some places that tend to jerk me around and sell me more than I need because I am a girl, but they did nothing of the sort! Plus, they vacuumed out the front floorboards! Well priced, quick, and clean. Will definitely be back.

I took my vehicle to the Edmond location and they didn't screw on my oil filter all of the way. Oil leaked all over my garage. Luckily, I was able to find the issue before anything serious happened. I called to let them know and they offered me a discount on my next oil change but I won't be going back.

Took my vehicle in because my service engine light came on. Kwik Kar ( Cody) tested my vehicle and told me that my airflow sensor had become defective and that I would need a new one .I purchased an airflow sensor online went back to Kwik Kar but was told it was not compatible, so I had to return it for another airflow sensor. This time, I purchased the sensor from an auto parts store and went back to Kwik Kar. Cody tried again and this time it worked !! Thanks Cody !!!The guys at this location always treat us right!! They are knowledgeable, friendly and have great customer service! KWIK KAR ROCKS !!

My car abruptly stop running and it needed an emergency repair to get me home to Texas by the next day. AAA recommended this repair shop and towed my car there early afternoon. Cody told me it was the mass air flow sensor and it would cost about $430 to replace. The car was ready the next day and ran smoothly again. Later I learned that the OEM sensor retail cost is about $150 and it easily takes no more than 10 minutes to install. This appears to be a very pricey repair even after receiving a 10% AAA discount.

I went to another car repair business. The manager looked at my car, and said they could fix it for $400. I decided that was too much, and asked my brother In law to recommend another place. His son had gone to Kwik Kar Edmond, and he said they would give me a good deal. Sure enough, the manager looked at what it needed, and said that it needed something else; not what the first business said. He suggested a different fix, and it was only $59!! I also had to buy a couple of products from a car supply shop. The whole bill was under $100!! The manager Donnie diagnosed it, and did the work himself. It looks brand new!! Thanks so much; I recommended Kwik Kar to another friend!! Sandra
