The food was decent, and the restaurant itself needed some sprucing up and our waiter didn't ask if I was allergic to seafood. I would have given this place 3 stars but have it 4 because of our chef Chris! He was funny, engaging, had a bunch of cool tricks, and jokes for the table. This is when good customer service makes a big difference. I might not have yelped if not for the fun we had with Chris. He's got a bright future!

This is a comedy of tragedies... let me preface this by saying that if you have timeTo wait it out at Texas Roadhouse literally next door do yourself a favor and tough it out. We on Friday evening were hungry and didn't want to tuff it out so, we saw this place next door and figured- sushi sounded great. Seated quickly. Girl came and took our order. We noticed lots of people sitting but not eating (red flag) . We also noticed the staff was paying all of their attention to the hibachi rooms (another red flag). A male came and brought our drinks- 2 waters and hot tea. During the wait time for 3 sushi rolls and soup we watched customers at the next table argue about their food and the food returned to kitchen (more red flags). At this point my hubby wanted to just leave. The waitress came out and dropped this gem on us. " I'm sorry but my brother brought y'all your drinks and threw out your ticket which had your food order in it- I need to take your order again". We really should've just got the check and left . Incredible. This has never happened to us. 10 minutes later our food was brought out. Sushi was ok & soup was cold. Can not make this up. Very disappointing experience here. The incompetence was unbelievable. I would've spoke to the manager but with what we saw from other tables and our own experience I really didn't think speaking to anyone would help. Lesson learned ..when in doubt, go to old faithful. Sorry Kudo, we won't be back .

Food: The food was ok. It seem that the food wasn't prepared with love, you could tell by the presentation and taste.Service: The service was ok. First interaction took drink order, Second interaction took order. Third interaction gave us our bill.Ambiance: The Ambiance was ok. The vibe seem like I was going to a funeral, most of the employees seem sad and felt like they didn't want to be there. Place felt dusty and dirty.

So many issues here! I really hope the managers and owner take these reviews seriously. We elected to be seated immediately at a regular table to bypass the waiting time for the hibachi grill wait. What a huge mistake! We witnessed people who waited for hibachi seating come in after us, actually get served and left while we were sitting still waiting on our food. keep in mind... there was a 45 minute wait for hibachi seating,Food- The food was Cold, Fried rice had no flavor and was raw, half of the rice was still hard like it was never cooked all The way through, there was no egg, any onion, peas carrots and was barely a hint of any sauce. It felt like they found some old white rice in a refrigerator that had been sitting for too long, added a teaspoon of soy sauce and called it fried rice. The steak and chicken was dry and appeared to be precooked with little flavor and no vegetables, usually at the grill we get vegetables. The bulgogi was so salty and I couldn't finish it. The food didn't come out together, didn't get an order of fried rice until we were getting ready to leave, it was little better than the rest but still shouldn't have been served. We watched a few of the other tables experience the same trend. With no management trying to make things better! Just a soft spoken waitress apologizing and said she would give was a 10 percent discount! We didn't even finish most of our food it was so bad. To the owner, and mangers, please for the sake of your customers and your employees that depend on this income, please do better. Not looking for any more of a discount, just really hoping this can be fixed for future patrons. Order # 2096

The BEST fried rice and hibachi steak I've had ANYWHERE. I've been to this place through a few different iterations and ownership situations. Every time I go, I always eat too much because it's so dang GOOD. Whatever the hibachi sauce/seasoning paste is that they use, it's magic. The chefs are always fun and work to make you feel welcome and help you have fun and enjoy your experience, it's clear how hard they work to do their job well. Looking forward to returning.

Cowboy roll was tasty, miso soup was good. I didn't care for their ginger dressing on the house salad I got. The server I had must have been new. She took roughly 10 minutes to get to me and had to run off to get my eating utensils, then my water. When she forgot the straw I just told myself to not bother. Atmosphere is very dark back in the sushi area.

Tried to have a Birthday experience here, got a couple of drinks waited on table...waitress was asked by my family to seat us at a adult table, didn't feel like having screaming baby and toddlers in our faces....so she said sure stand bye....she never came back. We were then given sticky gross menus and ignored for 20 mins....along with all the children and others! So we went back to bar to ask if there is a different table perhaps 21 and older space for occasions? No? U don't have that? Well bye then not spending A $300 DINNER on a dirty, sticky, nasty bathroom, "Daycare ENVIRONMENT "Suggestions: make a 21 and over room! Not all of us want to sit with your dirty kids for a fine dining experience! Also, the place needs a good cleaning and fine dining training for the staff they all seemed miserable and didn't care about service at ALL!!! Never again!

My husband and I arrived for dine in shortly before 8. There were about 20 people waiting to be seated. We waited 30 minutes for a table. We sat for almost 30 minutes with no acknowledgment from anyone. Several servers walked by us and completely ignored us. Servers looked at us and just kept walking. 3 other parties of people were served around us. Oh and for the record we don't look like non tipping a holes either. I have absolutely no idea why we were completely ignored. We wasted over an hour of our evening waiting. I don't like to complain. That is why we didn't get up and get a manager or hostess. ( mind you that should never happen anyway). I was a server for over 30 years. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I love their food but I am so angry I will never go back

An honest review from Lawton teachers:Today at Kudos, my wife and I were sexually harassed by the hibachi chef: Tyler (long triangular beard, bar piercing on the top left ear, and a speech impediment with slurred R's). My wife asked his name to give him compliments once we paid and was told to call him "daddy." Just to be clear, there were children and 2 other families at our table. The most disturbing and unhinged experience we've ever had. We didn't even eat our food once the last meat touched our plate. We took our food to go. We will NOT be back and DO NOT recommend. Managers were all "aware of his behavior" and seemed to be dismissive and acted like it was no big deal. The apology from the manager was quieter than a whisper. Do you go out to eat to be sexually harassed as a customer? I think not. This should not be tolerated in the workplace, let alone in a customer service environment.
