They had a good set of tires for me at a fair price - but none of the employees were wearing masks and they didn't enforce customers to wear them either (in spite of the 'masks required') sign.

My family has been using King Tires for several years, as my husband has always thought they do great work and stay priced very competitively. Unfortunately my experience has now ruined that reputation. I had 4 new tires put on at King about 10 months ago, and over a 3 day weekend, I realized I had a slow leak. I also realized they didn't have my sensors flashed the right way, but no big deal. I knew which tire was leaking. I was able to keep air in until Monday to take it to King for a repair. King offers free rotations if you buy tires from them, so I asked to go ahead and get that done as well. They tell me they've rotated them and patched a nail hole. $15 great! Problem solved. 2 days pass and I haven't driven my car, so I go out to run an errand and my tire is flat. It's been rotated, but it's completely flat. I put air in it enough to hold and take it back to tell them it's still slowly leaking. They tell me that it's irreparable and a nail went in to the exact spot they patched. And I need a new tire but they'll "split the cost with me" making it $103. I argue that there's no coincidence big enough that another nail went in the same spot when I hadn't even driven it. But I agree if I have to have a new tire. Well I text my husband who calls them while I'm waiting to ask for photo proof of what they've told me. Miraculously it's now fixed and I'm free to go. "They must have missed a hole". They treated me like I'm dumb enough to believe the nail story or that a tire that I could still drive on slowly leaking air was irreparable. They just wanted me to pay another $100 when my $750 tires were still in great shape with just a slow leaking hole that I had to address in 2 trips to the shop. I know it's a long story, but I was taken advantage of, and I won't be back.

Learn what a little bit is. two hours is not waiting just a little bit. especially when you call before you show up and they say I'll get you in right away. so you hurry down I get down there. They tell me it'll be just a little bit before they can get to it's and you sit there for two hours And I haven't even touched it. If i was told the wait would've be a two hour wait. I never would've drove in this morning, knowing the storm is coming in. And then try to make it sound like it was my fault they their defense will be. I told you to be there at 7:30. I called them at 7:30 and said I wasn't gonna be able to make it. They said not a problem we get down here. We'll get you in right away. I was there within 15 minutes. Oh, and this job would take 4 to 5 hours. I will remove this post if I get a real apology for wasting two hours of my time.

Great selection. Not corporate. Not restricted to the ridiculous demands of the media. Turns out masks don't help---after all! A nice mom n pop feel w/wholesale prices.

Got my truck back from getting the tire fixed and the tire air sensor no longer worked. I go back the next day and ask them about it and the guy tells me I need to take it to the dealership and have them look at it that they didn't do anything to it.
