Who would know whether they are good or not? We went to check out a bed really quick and was told (13 min before closing) they were closed. I get it, I have worked retail, it sucks not getting off on time but we would have been in and out. No worries! Thanks for saving us time!

Very helpful staff! They have the biggest selection of children's furniture I have seen. So many different options!! Our kids will be thrilled with there new beds! I just purchased a trendwood bunk bed from this store yesterday. Upon opening the box and reading the assembly instructions I find that the top bunk is attached to the bottom bunk ONLY by 3" dowel rods. This does not seem secure enough in my opinion. I call the store to see what my options are and am told by the manager (Jake) that all of the bunk beds they sell will be assembled the same way. I tell him again that I'm not comfortable with it and he says all I can do is bring back the one I purchased for another one - no refunds. I don't see why I would want another one with the same poor assembly design. The manager kept talking over me. We couldn't come to a solution and he hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I will never do business here again and I would advise against anybody else doing so.

The owner of this store, is horrible. I will never buy another thing from this store. Squeaky bed and he tells me there is no problem and that's the way they are. Do not go there. Horrible owner and when you try to talk to him, you can't. He is one of those who knows it all. He also has anger issues.. Purchased 2 bedroom sets for my Grandchildren and spent a lot of money. It shouldn't be this way. So disappointing...

The company does not disclose all options for purchases. Be wary of sales people, as they are out for your money and not your well-being. I spoke with Julie, and she wanted me out of the store with her commission, ASAP, it seemed. After calling months later, once I realized I was paying 3 time the amount of the bunk bed, they said they could not help and were not helpful in coming to a resolution, other than saying it's yours and your problem. Be wary of these business practices as they seem to be vultures.

This place has an issue with honesty. We have now made the grave mistake of going back and again we have been lied to. First time we went in Julie verbally assaulted a customer because it was closing time. The owner does his best to cover it up but should try and fix the issues instead of dismissing the customers.

I purchased a bunkbed from this place, and I will never make another purchase from them again. I spent over $1000.00 cash on a broken bed. I recently moved and upgraded my whole house. Everything I purchased I got a warranty with, so I thought. I contacted the company who informed me that I did not have the warranty. I was a tad bit upset because the bed itself was only $498, with all that I spent, after going over the warranty options I thought I paid for. But anyway long story short I was told that the only way I was going to get help is if I spend and additional $69.99 hmmmm. I have always gotten my furniture from Mathis Brothers and never had this issue. The moment I try a new place not only do I get a faulty bed, but I get horrible customer service. Who does like to let you know he has been in business for over 25 years. Well congrats but my kids bed is still broken. The sad part is once I left that place I went to Mathis showed them the bed my kids have, to order a new one and these people ordered the pieces I needed at no additional cost to myself. Congrats to all the people they made happy, but this gal and family are done. Good Customer service should be for all, not those you pick and choose from. Have a great day!!
