One of the nicest floral shops I've visited. We had a quick last minute request for college graduation and Shannon delivered for us with a special arrangement!

What a bunch of lifesavers!! I wish I could remember the name of the girl that helped me out. (She used to live in Clayton, NC) Good associates are so hard to find. She's a good one. I ordered flowers for my step daughters from Avas Flowers. They dropped the ball big time. I licked my wounds and searched a local company for help. Not only did I pay less but I feel redeemed. Thank you for helping me tell my daughters (and their sister) how much me and my husband love them. Everyone deserves a flower and excellent customer service.

I special ordered two small flower arrangements for my daughters first birthday. I showed the lady a picture of roses, peonies, and hydrangeas. When I picked up my $40 arrangements they were Daisy's and carnations. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to argue with her. Very disappointed and ripped off

My sons ordered wrist corsages for their dates at Kickingbird Flowers. The flowers fell out of the corsages within a very short time. When I called to talk with the manager, she apparently just couldn't believe this could happen to one of their corsages. No offer to make things right or to give a refund. We will definitely go elsewhere next year.

Excellent products. Great selection and a helpful staff. This wonderful gift helped get me out of a heap of trouble...Fair pricing considering the quality. You might find it cheaper somewhere else, but it won't be as nice or as readily available.

Who'd ever know "AVA'S FLOWERS" was called "Kickingbird..."? No one online!!! Just more stupid guesswork. I tried to order flowers for a 90-year-old auntie in Seminole OK. Oh, no way. The price quoted online was 39.99. What a joke. The site wanted a service fee of $24.99. Ok, I agreed to it, but the item was "unavailable".Jeezus - why advertise something you're not selling???? I cancelled. Won't bother with this "service" again. Get a grip on marketing.

Got very poor quality flowers that died within 12 hours. This has happened before so this time I decided to return, thinking that they would rather keep our business and replace the flowers. Nope. They would not give a refund or replace the flowers because they said it was our fault. I will not be returning at all. Flowers at Trader Joe's have lasted longer (and Trader Joe's will return). Bad flowers. Bad customer service. Stay away from- get your flowers elsewhere.

Yelp won't let me paste a picture. I ordered a delivery during the COVID quarantine for someone's birthday. She sent a picture and it is stunning. Very happy with their friendliness on the phone, the delivery, and how the bouquet looks. Good job Kickingbird!

Always enjoy shopping at Kickingbird flowers. They have a great selection of gifts and cards as well as the finest flowers and plants. The staff is always friendly and professional in every respect.
