Please be aware of this company, I signed a lease for a unit and I try to reach out to the office in Oklahoma after I got scammed, nobody is there, looks like the office doesn't exist they lie to me about the apartment that I was going to get and came with the excuse that my apartment wasn't ready so they had to gave me a different one. I move from California and now I don't have place to stay

Provide false statements, very slow process To long for getting ready, quality of service provided bad.Claim they installed 8 smoke detectors!!!60 lights clean house 2 bills, etc.over charges to new tenants, to many excuses, take one month to get your lease earnings, they use your money for one month. not at office in Oklahahoma, simply glass room of a "size of closet " one small table, laptop and one guy, very inexperienced.Very costly to contract.Stay away.

Please be aware of this company, they will rob you of your money if you do not read thru the crooked lease, they kept my $3,500 and I had no where to live... Be very cautious!

I didn't even want to give them one star and I will explain. I called and left messages about a rental for over a week with no return unless a robot text message. I wanted to talk to a human but that was importan. the rental I was interested in had been on the market for over 90 days. The owners of that home have lost 3 months of rental income and the could care less. I warn those that rent from them and definitely the poor owners that trust these worthless employees. stay clear of these people that do absolutely nothing to earn a dime. Owners, don't believe me? List your home and anonymously call and try to find out something about your property.Totally poor Customer Service period.

I switched to Keyrenter a bit over a year ago and it has been a life changer! My property manager Eric Le is always on top of everything and truly works to reduce my effort. He has been going above and beyond to keep my properties in good shape, turn them around quickly, get me good rents, solve issues with the city and much more! On top of that, he is a pleasure to work with. Super recommend! :)

This company is crooked as they come. They add as many extra charges as they can, ask sky high amounts for small fixes that a local handy man or repair business would fix for pennies on the dollar of what they are asking and never get back to you when they say they will. Each level of employee I have worked with have lied to get me off the phone and promised me something that the next level of management then said was impossible. Also, they will NOT call you to approve work done on your property, no matter what you set the limit to for approvals. Matthew, Walter and Caleb have all been terrible to work with, and I would not recommend this company to even my worst enemy

Donnie keith and Matthew are all awesome Donnie and Keith did everything they could to get the home move in ready for me and my family and are all around great people thank y'all again.

Lots of issues with our home but the company doesn't answer the phone and doesn't communicate. They seem to only fix things if you leave a bad review and waste your time emailing and calling them. Worst communication I've ever had with a rental property

This company took over the property in 6/2021 and it has been nothing but a terrible experience ... this is 5/2022 you can't speak with a person they don't have an office even though there is a cubicle they have... no one is ever there! They have been taking so much money out of my account and it's very unsettling... as of this year they have taken at least 1,500 dollars for rent as an over payment and can't explain to me why once again I can't reach them... please don't let this company take over your property the home owners are over seas so I can't reach them neither this is such a terrible experience... they went up on my rent but yet and still I can't speak with them or come into the "office" where is my money and give it back...

If you are renting, or if you are a property owner looking for a management company, run fast from this one! Only a few of the initial promises were kept. They leased us a building with no gas meter, and we had to pay for the plumber to do a pressure check once the city brought one. Our initial maintenance request sits, as is, unaddressed, over a month out. Their was an error in our account, causing our payment not to process on the 1st of the month. I was notified, fixed it and paid it on the 2nd. They posted it on the 3rd and charged us a $210 late fee. Crooked, inefficient, and incompetent at best!
