They have been my property management company for 2 years and I have nothing good to say. Horrible customer service. Horrible communication. The apartment was trashed when I moved in and they ignored me about it and it's been downhill ever since.

Amazing people, superb service! Their staff is very friendly, courteous and responsive to my concerns. I appreciated their comparative market analysis which helped me decide on the perfect location. I will definitely work with them again and recommend them to all my friends and family.

Horrible horrible horrible. They promote a rent to own type of thing. They don't post prices. They ask you what you can put down and what your payments should be at. When you respond they never get back with you. Tried them out twice, same response. Horrific customer service.

I have been using Key Realty for several years to manage my properties. They are always responsive and professional. I put a lot of trust in them since I am so far away. I really must have a reliable management team. I especially love Karyn and her ability to handle any situation quickly and competently.

First off the customer service is rude, they refuse to work with you in anyway. My husband and I were new to Oklahoma at the time, and the definitely didn't make a good first impression. My husband is an army veteran and just lost his job due to his ptsd disability, so we have to cut our lease early so we can move back home where family is. We paid all of our extra rent and such and lost our security deposit. Typical. However, what really pisses me off is that we have THREE DAYS to move across country and they won't stop scheduling showings until AFTER we move (in three days). It's very inconvenient for us as we have three big dogs (80+lbs) and we don't want them jumping on people. Three days... three... anyway, when we moved in our house was borderline falling apart. Door knobs falling off sink not working right, windows don't even open. Oh and my back yard fence is broken and my dogs have gotten out MULTIPLE times putting them in danger. We reached out and they basically told us to fix it ourselves. The previous tenants were flushing tampons and our toilet clogged a few weeks after we moved in and WE had to pay for it. Big middle finger to this place. Find realtors that care about you... sincerely, a pissed off tenant

The absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. House was poorly maintained they were constantly overcharging us for rent and other things. Then when we moved out we deep cleaned the entire house and as a whole left it in much better condition than we found it. And they had the audacity to take our entire security deposit and THEN try to charge us more on top of it. They would simply make up fees that we knew for a FACT they didn't do just so that they could keep our money at the end of the day. For example they charged us a $275 fee for "paint touch up" when we didn't touch or drill or hang a single thing from the walls when we were there and then meticulously went through and inspected the walls to ENSURE we wouldn't have any charges from them. This company is a straight up jokes and a whole set of liars and thieves. Do NOT rent one of their properties unless you are okay with losing every once of money you put into that place. I wish I could give them zero stars. In all honesty what they do is illegal but they know they have all the power and will use it to their utmost without risk of getting sued. Absolutely terrible.

Sketchy company at best. Had constant issues with property (flooding, termites ect) that the company took a while to respond and send someone out to assist. I finally moved out because the my request to have the termites taken care of was ignored. These termites damaged a $2000.00 couch that they got into through the floor. They destroyed a part of the wood floor in the home. Once I moved out key realty sent me a itemized statement over what I owed that my security deposit did not cover. The statement was $1,200 for refinishing the wood floor where my office chair had rubbed away at the top coat on a couple square foot area. I got multiple estimates around the city to see how much it would be to refinish this area and it was only a couple hundred dollars at most. Key realty is claiming it took $1,200 to refinish this area. That seems more like it would be the cost to finish the entire home on my dime. Where all the other wood damage was due to flooding or termites which are not the responsibility of the tenant. Overall horrible experience with this company for the entire 3 years I rented through them.

I have made a total of two maintenance requests since I have been here. The first for flooding. It went ignored until I followed up three times. Four week later they fixed it partially. It was a nightmare dealing with both flooding and Key who did not want to fix it or even talk about it. Recently the built in microwave went out. I made a request and waited a week. Nothing. Called and politely asked for status and was hung up on. I have never missed rent and keep the place immaculate. The property managers here do not like dealing with tenants and will make that clear if you ever need anything

This company is a JOKE! They would not fix anything! If they did fix anything, it would get cheaply done or temporarily fixed. I came out of my own pocket for a lot of the repairs because it would never get done right! Our house got backed up once every 90 days because the main was busted in the back yard. Cracked pipe, so toilet paper kept getting stuck. Every plumber that came out told us that they needed to replace the line in order to solve the problem. They never did. Our house got flooded so many times that the wood in the kitchen and laundry room got rotted out which attracted bugs! NASTY!!!! They ended up saying this was OUR fault and refused to pay for the pipes to get fixed, the rotting wood and the bugs. We ended up leaving short of our lease because of unlivable conditions. They proceeded to attempt to charge us for all kinds of lies INCLUDING a dishwasher that they said we STOLE! We have appealed it. Fingers crossed that this company gets what they deserve!
