Management of our property was very poor. They continually replaced broken washer and dryers with used ones that would soon break again. They charge a $300/per deposit (non-refundable) in addition to a $25/month per pet fee They allowed one couple to break their lease with no penalty or fine. While we were not allowed to break our lease after finding a home to purchase. We had to continue paying rent for the remaining 5 months and forfeit our deposit. They told us that because we always paid our rent on time that they would push for ours to be rented out. Then they did not even list our apartment online for 5 weeks (after the other apartments were filled). They also disclosed to me renters that had not paid their rent and/or had been difficult tenants. Quite frankly they should be taken to court but I will soon be out from under their hair. I don't want anyone to rent from this company. They lack integrity. Run! Run! Run the other way!

We had a great experience with this company when purchasing our family home. Micah McGahan was our realtor and he was very professional, patient, and was happy to answer all our questions. He also came back to our house so we could take a picture in front our new house with the sold sign because I was really excited to have that photo in our family photo book!

Kevo took over our apartment complex. They made some changes we can live with, but some that are frustrating. One being that they are flipping the managers office into an apartment complex. So there will not longer be a manager on property to receive our packages when we are not here.

One of their realtors just called my office asking for one of our agents, and when I explained the process of getting messages out she rudely stated, "If I can't have his cell number, then I'm done here. 'CLICK!'" Very rude and unprofessional, especially being in the field of real estate. While I would never recommend Kevo Properties anyway (I had no idea they existed until today), I will be more inclined to make sure people DON'T use them.Msg to the business - invest in the staff attending a customer service training.
