I found this great dealership just down the road from my home in Muskogee.The vehicle was on line. I called and spoke with a sales person right away and met with Rande Humphries the next day.I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle and the service I received from all the staff at Kevin Grover. Friendly, no pressure, dealer. My car was in immaculate condition inside and out. My mechanic checked it all out for me the same day and said it was perfect ! I will return for a future purchase ! I live locally and have purchased previously in Muskogee and was disappointed. This dealership was not a disappointment at all. I called and inquired about a car, was referred to the website and was happy with what I saw. I scheduled a test drive with sales person Randy and loved the car. They get 1 star because you it won't let me give 0 stars.Last 2 times I had a Truck worked on here they both had to be towed back the next day. They Don't stand behind their work. Sad.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Kevin Grover and each time was about as pleasant and experience as you can have spending that much money. I am not a fan of buying vehicles up until KG I always felt like I was getting taken advantage of. The sales staff at KG does everything they can to give you the vehicle you want at the price you offer. We are to the point now that I can call Randy C. tell him its time to buy a truck and they know what I want and what I don't down to the color. The only small complaint I have is with the service department. Let me explain, they do great work at reasonable prices for a dealership but if you have an emergency repair that you are in a hurry, and don't have an appointment, they have a hard time accommodating you. Here is my example I had both head lights go out at the same time. If you have changed head lights in new trucks you know how hard it is for an individual. I called explained the situation and we were looking at 2 days before they could get me in. Emergency situations like that are the exception and not the rule but I would have thought they would find a way to take care of that. Other than that when you schedule an appointment to have work done they get you in and out as quickly as possible and still do great work. The sales staff and the service staff are great to work with and do all they can to let you know it is a privilege for them to get your business and do all they can to make it a great experience.
