Kentucky Pine Apartments

Worst place ever to live, it was bug infested, "even though they came in to spray on regular basis" they made us pay 50$ for a clicker but couldn't seem to ever get the gate fixed to keep out the homeless from stealing, damaging residents property or trying to brake in vehicles, so 50$ wasted they don't return deposits or phone calls once you move out, it took 6months to repairONE burner on our stove & the dishwasher was never fixed or replaced even though that order had been in more than 6months. There is only someone there twice a week because they have only one person running three properties, they are very prejudices the new management sucks. Homeless was trying to brake into my vehicle and was slowly trying to take parts everynight before I traded it in, couldn't live or sleep comfortably because of rude uncivilized neighbors which was address on seravle occasions & was never handled, at the end of the day very unprofessional not really worth the price the are charging residents.
