Kennedy Place Apartment and Duplex Homes

So much to say I don't even know where to start be careful backstabbing people they fire people left and right nothing ever gets done I lived there for over a year and still was waiting for things to get done and that was on my move-in list now they want to charge me $1,500 after I moved out what a joke hopefully the owner sees that and realize is that the new Leasing Company he got lies to him..I loved my home even with hole in the cieling and windows that needed weather stripping done again the garage door that have been broken never locked air vents that need covering the AC units that was put on my house that was wrong and just runs all the time my bill electric bill over $300 a month ridiculous lots of work needs to be done definitely insulation updated Windows a new Leasing Company would be wonderful. I even did landscaping added trees to the front for appearance amd rocks in the backs of my back yard so it wouldn't flood anymore... NEVER asked them for anything other than to fix my stuff that needed to be fixed..At one point they gave my new used dish washer that came out of a unit that had multiple cockroaches with that being said prior to that I never had a problem so these are the things that they do be aware nothing you get is new if used from another apartment so they can just move it around and just satisfy you good luck future renting

It's a really cozy place. I lived there for one year. It's great for students since it's near to Uco and good for adults since you have many businesses near like Braum's, Homeland etc...I have been very satisfied of the apartment and I will recommend it to anyone who are looking for a simple but cozy place.

I have lived at this apartment complex once before and have recently moved back. I really enjoyed living at this place due to the nice people in the other apartments. I felt very comfortable knowing that I could trust my neighbors. Now I have moved back with my girlfriend and it has been very pleasing so far. The new management was very friendly and inviting. They were very professional and made us feel right at home. The apartment was the best apartment I've seen so far out of all the places I have lived. I would definitely recommend this place to other people. I'm actually glad I have moved back to this place because I feel as though I don't have to worry about my girlfriend and daughter being home alone.

DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME. Seriously. I first contacted Kennedy in February to see if they would have any openings closer to April-May. BONNIE told me that they did, that it was a townhome with a backyard (because we were looking at getting a dog) and a garage. At first, it sounded wonderful. I stopped by to pay our application fees and deposit, and they were very nice. When they gave me the address, I stopped by to see which wonderful place I would be living. It was a run-down townhome complex that had NO backyard and NO garage---barely any parking at all. When I called the office to tell them that this was not what we had agreed on, they said that i must have confused the townhome with their duplexes. I visited the office in hopes of correcting the problem--ANGELA and BONNIE refused to help me, and got very rude to both me and a third party that was in the office at the same time. They refuse to even talk to me, let alone refund my deposit, stating that it's because I currently have a dog when I didn't before. When I asked to talk to management, they said that there wasn't anyone above them, and then gave me a number to a 'corporate office' that is disconnected.
