What you ask for to memorialize someone special vs what you get...Unopened lilies which the florist didn't tell me till after when I called to express my dissatisfaction that they wouldn't bloom in time and wilted flowers in the arrangement. I am extremely upset and disheartened. To express this to the owner and for her to just say thanks for the feedback when I'm asking her if there's anything they can do to compensate for the money spent on this pitiful bouquet is just frustrating. I will never get flowers from here again. Make sure to ask questions if you want you flowers for a special occasion to actually be in bloom and full of life before paying. Will never get flowers from here again... my mother was a florist and this arrangement would've never made it off her counter. One star because no stars weren't an option poor customer service

I am giving a 2 only because the corsage my daughter received for prom was pretty (AT FIRST) and the roses smelled great. HOWEVER, it fell off the wrist bracelet at our first photo stop for prom less than 30 minutes after putting it on and only riding in a car. The bracelet was on her wrist and the entire corsage was on the ground. I hate a glued corsage, for this reason. It is a prom corsage, it should hold up to dancing and it fell apart hours before they even arriving at prom. I took the bracelet with one glued leaf to the shop to let them see and know that their product did not hold up. I spoke with 2 ladies who said no one has ever told us this and oh yeah sorry. This almost ruined the beginning of this fun night. I wrapped my bracelet through it to keep it on for the pictures. Unimpressed with the lack of remorse or lack to offer even a portion of the money back. These are not cheap and should hold up better than this. If it were some other broken thing at a different store I would be offered a full REFUND.

A family member died right before Memorial Day. We wanted to get flowers picked out for the funeral while everyone was in town. Kelle met us at the flower shop on Memorial Day, the shop was closed for the holiday. That was extremely helpful. Then when we saw the flowers at the funeral home, they were amazing. We had picked a few things out from the books, and with her help tweaked them a little. They were even better than what we imagined. She was able to grasp our intentions and make them a reality. Thank you so much!!! You were amazing during a difficult time and went the extra mile to make it convenient for us. Couldn't recommend her high enough!

The cross arrangement I ordered for my mothers funeral was nothing like what was pictured. Kelle claimed that all the flowers in the description were used, which wasn't true. The arrangement was done cheaply, with cheap flowers and not worth the $150 charged.

Kelle's has done our families flowers a few times and does a wonderful job. Her prices are reasonable and arrangements are beautiful. She is excellent to work with and will create something special and individual.

The staff were helpful. I ordered a $200 flower arrangement for my grandmother's funeral. The John Ireland funeral home recommended them. The flowers were a disappointment. The spray was too small for the price. The quality of the flowers was okay but too expensive for what I received.
