Do your homework. Look at all of the contract no matter how long it takes or how much they may pressure you. If you search for reviews on social media, BBB, and other places, you may see a pattern emerging. I had a less than desirable experience with Kalidy and the owner himself.I am now being threatened with legal action. rebecca wasn't help at all. We lost the house and have to stay with family until we find something better. Its okay because it will be cheaper and better.If the lady would have got back to my husband when she said she would, we maybe would be in a house now with them.

I've bumped an honest 1 star to a 2 only because we actually love the house, but I'm literally choking on it. I am so grossly disgusted with your professionalism and business practice. We were looking for our forever home and a company with integrity - sadly I can't say we've found either, and to zero fault of the house! You've baited and switched the price - KNOWINGLY! Twice we've brought up that the original paperwork and contract shows a sell price of $169k - yet we're now locked into a price 10k higher due to YOUR MISTAKE, and we get to eat it as you will not lift a finger to make good on the initial price given. There is not a single screen on windows in the middle of the best part of year to have them all open!Your staff is all too quick to respond, until you have the $$ and a signed contract - once that's down we hear crickets until my husband drives to your office - since we have obviously nothing better to do.I work in the industry, I've seen this shady practice plenty of times - but I didn't see it coming from YOU! Well done on your marketing and public persona - you completely had me fooled.UPDATE: almost immediately after leaving this review on google my husband received a phone call from the owner Sabih Kalidy, he had 3 or 4 employees in the room on the call and proceeded to threaten my family if we left the review up stating "we won't have a good business relationship if that review stays up"! Ummm newsflash, we obviously didn't have a good business relationship to start with seeing how you built it on a lie and I had to write the review to begin with!!!! And seriously???? Threatening people with their HOME IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC???? A smart business man with ethics would have said "hey we screwed up, let's meet in the middle" rather you opted to create a hostile situation where we now get to live in fear of retaliation from a bully tyrant landlord!

My husband and I moved to Edmond from Austin last week. It was very stressful until we found the perfect place through Kalidy Homes. Ashley Ross is an amazing associate and was able to answer all of our questions via email. Our move became so much less stressful because of her hard work. I can not recommend Kalidy Homes enough.

Bought a house from them years ago. 1st thought house looks amazing. SMH. Don't go any look underneath the surface of anything. You will be shocked. My house was flipped so of course everything looked to good to be true. It was. Honestly I don't know how it passed inspection. The first year I lived there it drained me of expenses that were done half ass. I see these homes advertised and all I can say is don't walk but run. Don't make the mistake I did. In the past I found out they used Home Depot so if I needed something replaced I would find it there. I have asked people at Home Depot in the past if they heard of people having issues with Kalidy homes and they laughed. Multiple people told me how cheap they were with flipping homes and doing not quality work. To my surprise after looking for my 3rd fan that wasn't working when I went to Home Depot they informed me they are no longer doing business with kalidy. To my understanding they now work with Lowe's. I never leave reviews but if I can help 1 person to not get taken advantage of like I did it will be worth it. Terrible company. If you don't believe me ask around other than reviews that have them with a 5 star. They are probably writing those under different names. Do your research

This company sent me 752 emails within a span of 5 months. Never made one single repair on the home we moved into with a rent to own type contract. The neighbors were also quick to voice their disappointment with Kalidy and their shady, unethical business practices. So BEWARE of this company. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is! We were promised a neighborhood swimming pool that was supposed to be ready this summer, 2020. There is nothing even close to resembling a swimming pool in the neighborhood. No security gates yet either although they have been in the works literally for months now. Kalidy is the most unethical company I have EVER dealt with! In times like these, we should be joining together and helping each other out. Instead, Sabih Kalidy himself left me hateful, threatening voicemails. The home I lived in had too many problems to count. The walls even began to have yellow watermarks/stains starting at the bottom baseboards and climbing up the walls. I assume it was from leaks and water within the drywall. Kalidy should focus on selling cars rather than real estate. I'm not really sure how these houses even pass inspection. Kalidy takes complete advantage of good, hard-working people. Regardless of how rich Sabih Kalidy is, regardless of how many car dealerships, dispensaries, and homes he owns, I can't help but feel some sense of satisfaction when I drive by one of their many, now EMPTY houses. OKC should not have given them a license or permit to build in the first place!

This place is a joke. I got a car from them and if you Purchased a car from them before April 2019, the 1st car payment was supposed to be on them 500.00. so and that being said if you referred someone then you will get a 200.00. Referral well it's been 5 months since I got my car and haven't received anything of that sort. Being making car payments like im doing except for July so this guy Johnny in fiances say's that my car is up for repession how so and im not behind on any payment's, I thought this was an honest place of business. I thought that these ppl were ppl of their words. so dnt go here to purchase any veichle.

Doing business with Sabih Kalidy and his entire staff has been nothing short of amazing! Sabih treats you just like family. They helped me find the perfect home to purchase and the process was easy! I have a beautiful new home and I would recommend Kalidy to everyone for a home or car! Love these people! I know many people who do business with Sabih and his integrity and service to people and to our community is impeccable!

I bought a vehicle today from Kalidy and it was the most professional and low pressure experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Each member of the Kalidy team was prompt, friendly and understood exactly what true customer service means. I decided on a great pre-owned Lexus and couldn't be any happier with my experience at Kalidy. In fact, I recommended the dealership to a couple of business associates just this evening. Thanks Sabih!
