K&N Interior Consignment

Failed to identify my vintage MCM furniture. Marked it at offensively low prices. After I asked them to raise the prices, my things were sold to employees at those low prices. Every part of the process was handled incorrectly and the reason Jett gave me for their failures was that the owner was out of town.

I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews because my experience was wonderful. Being used to shopping in the San Francisco markets, this store was a joy. All of the sales people were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Ken is absolutely darling and his taste is exquisite, especially in his custom curtains!

Congratulations on your Ribbon Cutting of your new store in Norman Norman, OK K&N is the only furniture and design you'll ever needI love the owners, they are fabulous. My favorite all-around person who is there to assist is Jett.

Everytime I have been in here, they have always greeted me quickly and told me specials, etc. then left me alone which if i'm like most people who furniture shop... that's what you want! You know what you're looking for and you want to be left to it...The selection of the type of furniture here is the only thing that keeps me from giving it a higher rating.. Everything reminds me of the dated burgundy colors and faux plants... Not a lot of modern/trendy furniture here.. However, they do have a second location off may and hefner that seems to appear more that way. The furniture is moderately priced and after the item being there longer, the further it gets discounted...they have a discount basement where all the older clearance items go.. If you see something you like but not sure if you want it, friend them on facebook and follow them on social media they will most likely post upcoming sales...

We got dissed when we were there.Sorry but... your sales lady helped us pick out furniture downstairs earlier today - we then went upstairs to be sure there was nothing upstairs that we liked more. We looked at some nice pieces upstairs but we still liked the stuff downstairs more. We checked out a large area rug that was too high priced but would have been discounted in next 2 days. She told us she was going to ask the owner if he can discount the rug so we could add it in with the other items we had picked out We waited around for at least 20 mins looking at less critical stuff thinking she was coming back. About 20 mins later & after chatting with the owner about a coffee bar & shipping for the furniture we wanted, we left realizing we weren't going to see her again. We bought our furniture elsewhere on our way back.OKC Location The furniture there is nice.

We put 15 items on consignment with K&N in Feb 2024. We went into the store in June 2024 looking for furniture to purchase and noticed some of our furniture was gone. I called and spoke with Carrie and was told a check went out for $285 for the sale of multiple items which she described, however, we had never received the check; she said she would have the owners verify if it cleared the bank and get back with me. I mentioned other items put on consignment that were missing and she said she would look into it. The next week, Jett called me saying he was mailing a check for $285. At that time he recalled the other items that had sold but weren't listed as sold, so he credited our acct $100 which we still haven't received as of 8/7/24. You better keep up with your consignment items and occasionally walk through the store looking for them and ask questions if your items are missing. If I wasn't proactive and didn't search the store for our items, we may have never seen our money. Also, I was told when we first put them on consignment, that at some point in the future, if they don't sell, we will be notified to pick up the items or they would be donated. When I called about the missing furniture, Carrie said they don't notify before donating; then several days later when Jet called, he confirmed they do. So who knows what they do or if you'll get paid for your sold items! CONSIGNOR BE AWARE & KEEP UP WITH YOUR ITEMS!!! Cliff

I, too became a victim of this awful business. Their stories keep changing as to how much it sold for. Their FB page said $990. The invoice they sent me said $810 and the receipt when they sold it say $891. I received $330 and it was not there 20 days!!!I'm sure this review will be removed. I noticed they can pay to have reviews removed. They removed the one I left on their FB page. They said it didn't look good. They picked up my sofa the afternoon of Feb 9th so that day doesn't count (to honest people) According to their facebook page it sold Feb 23rd. But they say it sold March 1st at NOON. That is not over 20 days!!!!But yet they still cheated me!!I just hope this will save one person and make them think twice before doing business with them!!!!!

I am not one to write reviews; however, I feel that prospective customers need to be aware of what to expect when ordering custom fabric projects through K&N. I purchased custom drapes from them and am extremely disappointed with their client relations, customer service, and communication. After being ridiculed by the owner, accused of being dishonest by employees (and the owner), named called, and hung up on I would suggest utilizing another drapery business elsewhere. Overall, I am pleased with the quality and look of the curtains, but if you want customer service, updates on your orders, and respect, do not spend your time, effort, and investments here.

This company is growing for a reason! They have a fantastic inventory with a system that benefits, the consumer and the consignor. They are passionate about what they do and generous of spirit so excited they're coming to Norman！

I consigned with them and they charge you for the check that they write to you. Also I had an item that I never saw on the floor basement or on top so then when it was time for the 50%off then I get my money for my piece. went in several time to ask but the boss was never there. I like going there because you can get a good deal.
