JR's Liquor, Wine & Beer

Finally a liquor store that meets my needs!! They have everything!!! Wine, liquor, so much beer!! So many options of everything. Don't need to special order something because they've got it!! Staff is super friendly too. My favorite is the single beer wall. You can buy 1 beer or mix and match and there are so many choices to pick from! Genius!! You guys rock!

JR's has a fantastic selection of wine, beer, and of course liquor. The staff are knowledgable about various brands and are very pleasant people. The mix and match beer/cider/etc... Wall in the back is one of the main reasons this is my shop of choice. They have a wide variety on the wall and it gives you a chance to try all kinds of new brands.

Stopped in last night and was surprised by the size of the store. Once I found the entrance given it's in the same building as a sex shop. Christie's toy box which I thought was a weird liquor store name...anyways great beers had tons of founders beers including a Canadian Breakfast Stout. Chalk it up as a win.

I was in a good mood when I entered Jrs.Just to be attacked by a brainless ignorat brat that had a stick up her ass forcing her spew sh*t out her ugly face! I have patronize this store for 3 years now. I went there because, I liked the friendly staff, great selection and decent prices BUT... I went in there yesterday looking for everclear but, I couldn't remember the name all I could remember was 190 proof grain alcahol. I first asked a girl stocking after not seeing it,where it use to be. She replied Im new I don't know where anything is, and went back to stocking. The girl at the counter then asked what I said to the stocker and she told her but,The girl at the counter preceeded to go back to what she was doing. Like I was invisible.I then asked are you going to help me or just ignore me?She asked again what I needed with an obvious attitude problem.When I said 190 grain is all I could think of at that min.She shoots back at me in a nasty way. I need the name! All liquor is made with Grain alcahol (which proves right there she is clueless about liquor)I said not all is 190 grain though. She preceeded to yell at me we don't have anything 190 proof.I said funny Ive been coming here for the last few Years and, asked her name,which she informed me she didn't have to tell me.I happened to look to the left of her and see where they moved the Everclear. Right beside her.I said there it is Everclear see its 190 grain on the bottle.She then says she is not going to sell it to me and to go. I said for what? Call the police all I did was ask for Help ( which use to be customer service) and when I felt you were extremely rude asked for your name.She then moved to the side and told the girl stocking: You wait on him I'm not.There are enough liquor stores in Stillwater where they will appreciate our business. No customer or person period deserves to be treated that way . Especially when you pay their salary.JRS obviously doesn't care enough to hire helpful employees or how they treat people anymore.My 100+ employees will receive a $15 dollar card from me. = to Jr's $10 card and punch card.To patronize Any Other Liquor store in Stillwater.Just show their receiptalcahol purchase in 2023.Only way I will consider changing my mind if Jrs management proves to me they still care.If not, I am a manager and IT guy. Will be sure to get the word out about your great help. Because that was unnecessary !
