Journey Jewelers and Repair

I yelp messaged Journey Jewelers a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised to get an almost immediate response from Roberto, the owner, about a quote. I could not believe how low the quote was that he gave me for a white gold ring resize. I was also happy to find out that they have promotions going on for extra percentage off of different social media platforms. I sent my husband in almost 3 weeks later to mention the quote and conversation and Roberto immediately remembered our message details! That is excellent customer service! He took the ring and had it sized in a few business hours. I expected him to try to upsell us into paying for a rhodium plating because my husband's ring is a few years old, and he did not even mention it. (All of the other jewelers that I contacted mentioned it, and I get rather annoyed when other businesses push something onto you for more money that isn't necessary.)When he got the ring back, it looked fantastic! It did not even need the plating! They cleaned it up and shined it and it fit perfectly! I don't want to show a before picture because it was pretty bad, but the after pics look like we just bought it out of the display case. Roberto has won me over!!!!

Great customer service. Polite and reasonably priced for battery replacements. Good relaxing music while I waited on the quick service.

I needed a ring sized, and chose Journey Jewelers based on their reviews. I must say I am extremely pleased! I was able to book a same day appointment online, and when I arrived, Roberto looked at the ring and quoted the resize as well as some prong repairs on the diamonds. The cost was extremely reasonable, especially taking into account that my ring was ready in 4 hours! I got it back sparkling like new and a perfect fit. I couldn't recommend this jeweler more!!

So so pleased with my experience. Was nervous to have my ring resized as it's not a common setting but the team at Journey did a fantastic job for an extremely reasonable price & it was finished in one day looking flawless! Will be back.

I took my engagement ring in and had it sized within a couple hours. Staff was super friendly and the store was immaculate! I will definitely be back!

My wedding band has three pieces which have been driving me crazy for over year now, twisting and swirling out of place constantly. I always knew I'd need to get it soldered but was nervous to have someone do something so "drastic" to my ring. I definitely didn't have to worry! I found Journey Jewelers by accident, I was visiting a nearby business who recommended them. I reached out and Robert was quick to respond and quick to provide a quote for me. I dropped my ring off on a Tuesday, and it was ready the next day! Not only did they perfectly solder my ring, they fixed a gap on the back of, and cleaned it like it was new! I can't express how pleased I am with Journey Jewelers! Thank you!

They did an amazing job! I messaged the business on Yelp and he was quick to respond. He answered my questions and even gave me a quote. I went and dropped my ring off to get rhodium platted. When I went to pick it up it looked amazing and they didn't have to do the rhodium. They cleaned it and it looked as amazing as it did the day my husband put it on my finger!! I will definitely be back!!

I came to get my ring resized and it came out perfect the prices are very reasonable and it came out excellent. Service was great everyone was super nice and the owner is doing a very good job of keeping everything clean and organized. Definitely will be returning next time i have any jewel needs.

A lovely family owned business! Took an older watch in for new battery and they took perfect care of it at a great price. I would definitely recommend and will be taking our other pieces there!
