Jo's Famous Pizza

Got a small thin crust combo pizza for our Saturday lunch. Staff was great and our waitress was attentive. Pizza was served hot and crust was crisp. Combo pizza had a respectable amount of toppings and tasted great. This was our first time here so I cannot say anything regarding issues that may have contributed to negative reviews. Our experience was good and will give it another try in the future. Having worked food service, I know cooks can directly make a difference in the quality of the food served. Restaurant was very clean and appealing for family enjoyment. Only real complaint was that there was a 4% charge for paying out with a credit/debit card.

Jo's pizza is one of the BEST PIZZA'S you will ever eat... dont believe me... try it!! I don't eat here nearly as much as I'd like too but I definitely have their number in my phone. Amazing staff and quality food,it's just one of those places that don't really need a lot of words,Just go and see for yourself.

The pizza was amazing and cooked right, and the service was excellent! Great job ladies y'all killing it in there!!!!

We stopped in on the way home after gameday. My kids loved it. The pizzas were good, it was clean, the service was good too. The cookies were perfection. I did think it was slooooooow, but it looked like they had a lot of carryout orders coming through.

So I grew up on Jo's Pizza...but I hadn't had it in years...since Rodney had opened his own restaurant. We were treated to take out from my lifelong friend. Let me just say, it isn't what it used to be. The pizza was lacking in sauce and flavor. The salads were good. Since it was take out, I can't speak to the ambience at all. It was sad that my childhood favorite had gone down in flavor.

Pizza is good but pricey! The atmosphere is very loud and echoing, so if you're sensitive to loud environments, consider ordering to go. Service depends on the day as it is a pizza place and I assume they have a high turn over of employees. However, I haven't had any issues or complaints.

The food is great The staff is great it is one of the best pizza places I have ever eaten at and it cozy great for the whole family.

First time ordering for takeout and we thought the pizza was really good. Ordered the meat x lg and it was a lot of pizza.

Crust is NOT "thin and crispy." It was thick, soggy and tough. And what happened to the shredded ham? The grizzly, fatty chunks of ham were disgusting. This used to be a real treat for my family. We had not had Jo's pizza in a very long time and I was craving it. Total waste of $53!!

Tried this place for the second time and the service has not improved. It was not busy and took almost 45 min to get my pizza. I tried it here 2 years ago and the service has not improved at all. The staff still stands around. The food is average at best. Will NOT give this place a 3rd try and will advise others to do the same.
