Johnson's Collision Specialist

Johnsons Collision Specialist just did some repair work on my wife's RAV4 and it was outstanding. The owner fights for his client when dealing with the insurance company and puts the customer desire first. When we picked up the car, they even detailed out the car inside & outside. I highly recommend this company.

I LOVE this place. I got in an accident and they went above and beyond to get my vehicle in right away and it came out looking brand new!! They were extremely helpful and friendly!! I am a college girl far away from home and felt like I could trust them and i'm glad I did!! They were AMAZING!! 100% recommend!!

This is the absolute worst place in town. They had my car for weeks and caused new problems by putting a wheel bearing on backwards. That is both sub-par workmanship and sub-par supervision/double checking my work. The day I learned their human error, after weeks of having the car, I tried to call to get it worked out. I called repeatedly all day long and left messages. Not once did anyone answer the phone and, to this day, no one has called me back. I know I'm a female and the men who work here don't like to deal with me, but this behavior is unacceptable. Period.

We took our car in for an estimate. They looked at my car then told us they would e-mail the estimate. It's been over a month and they won't call back or send the estimate. I understand it's hard to find help and parts but someone could at least call us back!

I did not take my vehicle here, I actually ran out of gas and coasted into Johnsons, and they helped me out and treated me like I was one of their customers. Mark was the guy who helped me out and took time out of his day. That is what this world needs more of are people who want to help each other out.

While they could not repair my auto as it needed to be a total loss, I have never received any greater friendship, assistance and advice in dealing with the insurance people. At 88 years of age a person learns to treasure being directed to such fine people. I would trust them with any issues I might come across. Tnx Vern U,
