We bought a spank brand new 2021 GMC Sierra. The sales person was very nice and found us the vehicle we was looking for. And the personnel was so nice. We made the 1st payment on the truck and we went to the gas station to fill up to go fishing. when we started the vehicle it started knocking and shaking. Had the car towed back to the dealer on a Friday morning. Never heard anything til 5 days later and it was a text saying waiting on a part. They gave us 2 loaners and both was on empty. We finally went up there and john the shop person said it was a lift which means they had to go into the motor because it wasn't getting oil. Well a brand new vehicle already having motor issues. We told them we didn't want the truck because what other issues it may cause. They texted us and said they were looking for another vehicle. We went back up there to talk to them and they said they are looking for another vehicle. Then in the same breath another sales person had the shop person to call my husband. My husband didn't answer the phone and then the person said isn't someone calling you. My husband called the number back and he said our truck is ready. Hmm funny how did he know the shop person was calling. Then he came up with a lie and said per General Motors once the truck is fixed we had to take it. Well you just said you were looking for a another vehicle for us. Well as you can see that was a lie. Know one from upper management talked with us or even call us to let us know how sorry they were. I fill if I wasn't a black person we would have been treated so differently and would have another vehicle even if they had to take a lost. I would never recommend anybody to John Vance
