I have purchased two diesel pickups off their lot and used their service center exclusively for both. After this last full service on a 2022 dually lariat my driver made it 20 miles and the check engine light came on. After returning to the service center they had to reset the DTC's and plug in the sensor on the water separator they had left unhooked. Never changed the air filter or cabin filters as requested. During the tire rotation they damaged the wheels with deep gouges. I went over a week reaching out in attempts to correct the issue finally working up the latter far enough for a response. I was given a loaner for a few days while a guy they knew could see if they were repairable. Communication was terrible and throughout the process but they finally decided it was bad enough to replace the to front wheels. I waited for a call over a month and never heard anything back. Finally calling them and emailing other departments I had been in contact with I received a call back. I had a driver deliver the truck to have two wheels replaced. The service department had an attitude with him over his timing. He drove 2 hours to there shop for damage they caused! 2 more hours in the waiting area for 2 wheels! 2 more hours home. Texting the same guy I had been in contact with about the situation and have yet to hear a response. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to John Vance Ford again. This had to be the most unprofessional customer service I have ever dealt with.

Gave them 3 stars with Ford site but Ford refused to post a negative review so now they get a one at most. I went to get a recall taken care of and ask them to activate the brake controller. According to YouTube a 17 minute computer job. The same mechanic that did the recall did the activation. Charged me $129. Another deal in Yukon quoted on it's own $70. So will not be using John Vance again.

We were traveling through Guthrie, OK on a trip with our travel trailer. A part broke on our Ford F-150 that assisted with the RV brakes. We were definitely in a bind, and were even more stressed out due to a hurricane heading straight for our home in Houston. My husband and I went in prepared to be angry and fight (because that is what we have to do to get anything done at the dealerships in Houston), and discovered that was unnecessary.They fixed our problem without hesitation. It was covered under warranty, no problem. They even had the darn part in stock! And, then they provided my husband with a new key because the dealership that had sold us the car in Houston, never fixed the key, as promised. They were friendly, helpful and understanding.Then, just as we were leaving, a woman pulled up in a rental car (she was just driving through, as well) and was having problems with her TPMS light inside the car. When we left, she had pulled her rental car into the shop and they were checking her tire pressure-a car that wasn't bought from them, had nothing to do with them and a woman who would probably never be back. They were just being nice. As far as I am concerned, every Ford dealership could learn a thing or two from these wonderful people. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Kudos to Gabe, Jeff, & Dennis at Vance Country Ford. I ended up buying a bad lad of fuel & was able to limp into the dealer. Gabe & Jeff jumped right in to see what was going on with my truck. Shopping was very low pressure and that's the only good thing I can say about this dealership. I bought a used car and was only given one key. Unfortunately it wasn't the key that allowed me to drive faster than 50 mph or adjust the volume of the radio. I had to go to another dealership and pay 250 dollars to have a key made. We were promised a rental car when we had maintenance (because we live over 50 miles away) but that didn't happen, so we literally spent 8 hours in the waiting room of the service department. When you have your 70,000 mile tune-up done, take your Visa because they will charge you over $800. I was sick of their games, so I traded the car at another dealership. I was supposed to be refunded my Gap insurance and extended vehicle warranty and that didn't happen. Buyer beware!!!!!!!
