where to start here bare with me bc this is gonna be a very long review! in October of 2023 I had been saving up for my dream car a H3 Hummer I found one on Facebook marketplace at Joe cooper of Shawnee. I went and test drove it and noticed a slight knock, I also asked about the tire pressure sensor that was on. I was really assured that the knock was bc they had just done an oil change and it would smooth out. waited for my title and ended up having to pay late fees bc they didn't do it in a timely matter and refused to give me another temporary tag. i had put every penny in my savings towards this car that I had dreamed of! I noticed the transmission slipping in December.By Jan my car was back at the dealership. I begged for a loaner car for three months and was constantly told that I was on the list and if one became available they would let me know. By the end of Feb, first of March I was beyond upset! they kept putring me off blaming it on the warranty company. i finally went into the dealership upset and they said they would have my car ready by that Thursday, Thursday rolls around it's still not done.Friday I went back in and was told there was a "oil leak" on the pan and it had already been approved by my warranty company. but they didn't wanna keep my car any longer than what they already had and they would put me on the list for a loaner and call me as soon as it was available. by July I still hadn't heard from them, my car was overheating and had no power they told me I was never put on the waiting list. I was beyond mad! I called Daryl Barett and told him every thing that was wrong including them slicing my underglow lights, he re assured me that he would make it right, he said he would get a hold of Jeremy Woods, the GM of that location. jeremy than called me and I explained everything including his employees leaving tools in my exhaust manifold that they said the bolts were broken off in. no response the next day the lady in the office called me and told me to come get the loaner so they could work on my Hummer. They sent me a text of what was wrong with my Hummer and everything said pre approved. Derek and I have Gone rounds and i had asked to NOT deal with him at all. Thirty days in I'm told NOTHING is approved again I fought with them after numerous lies and not returned calls I finally got a hold of DarylBarret again and this time he had a major attitude with me. Jeremy woods called me and told me I needed to come sign another agreement I went back in and even though Jeremy knew nothing about the oil leak and he would call me back and never did the girl said that my hummer was in the shop being repaired. Another month goes by and again Derek messaged me being very obnoxious saying I needed to return the loaner and they weren't fixing anything other than the transmission dip stick I said what about my lights, what about the manifold, what about the secondary air pump valve they told me none of that was covered by my warranty, and they don't touch under glow! Again I called Jeremy and Darryl again no answer and no call back, you would think that when I'm spending 13 Grand on a car from you you would go to the ball for me and make things happen for you the valve is covered but they didn't wanna work on it! Jeremy said they fixed multiple things and didn't charge me I said what the transmission dip stick that's it!!!! I returned the loaner and was told by Jacob that I needed to get into my hummer and leave and where was the equinox. I showed him, when I got there the vehicle they knew was overheating was left running when I dropped off my hummer it had a full tank when I picked it up it was on empty! Hope they enjoyed running my gas out I hope taking advan of a single mom on disability with Parkinson's makes your heart happy! I'm glad you can afford to sit with your kids and have food to eat! HUGE DISSAPOITMENT do NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY IN THERE POCKETS BOT TAKING CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS AS THEY CLAIM ON THEIR WEBSITE! looks like I'm gonna be finding me a attorney and contacting the local news! Thank you Jeremy for letting me know there is a lemon law and you sold me a lemon under the "AS IS" sticke!

1/31/25- Initially, I wrote a review with one star citing the service department. Since then, the problems have been resolved. I encourage customers to hold the service department accountable. Thank you Tyler Richey, General Manager for getting involved. The car gas gauge works and there does not seem to be any drag on the electrical system. Linda G

This dealership will sell you a lemon. We are a cash pay family with one income. We drove 5 hours round trip to buy a used 2015 Silverado that someone had traded in. It was not disclosed to us that it needed a new transmission that will cost at least 6,500. Once you buy it, they have no responsibility and don't care about you at all. Never buy from them. If you do, have it independently checked out prior to purchase. I would never recommend this establishment.

I want to give a big shout out to Julian our sales rep and to the whole staff at Shawnee dealership. I can't be happier as a new Ford F150 truck owner. These guys went above and beyond with getting me what I wanted and was very helpful. My first truck and I love it. I feel like I got a great deal and that I was in good hands with Julian.

Called on a vehicle priced at 59k and they ended up wanting to charge me $79k because I didn't live in their area??? Shady pricing, bait and switch pricing. Wasted my time!

So I went to buy a car off them put 2000 down it was nice but I drove it home let my wife drive it when she gets back she said it's making a noise and engine light come on so I took it back when we popped the hood transmission fluid everywhere the sales manger accused me of trying to take parts off it I didn't even have the car 24 hours when I ask for my down back he tring to keep it for repairs I didn't even pop the hood the night I got it the salesman is the one who Pop the hood. The sale manger didn't even know what he wven was talking about he said it was a fuel pump if it was a fuel pump it would have been gas on the motor not transmission fluid. Now I'm calling my lawyer. They are liars and will try to sell u a pice of shit

If I could leave a 0 start review I would. After leaving the dealership with my car and finance completed, I get a call one week later asking me to pay $500 more and if I didn't I would owe more each month due to their mistakes. After this incident, it was non stop issues back to back to back. They are very unprofessional and not on the same page with each other. I finally had to take these issue higher up because I was just getting the run around and them only telling me what I wanted to hear and not the truth. They also did not give me the truth about the car I purchased and prior issues it had. Come to find out after purchasing, it has quite a bit more issues than we were told about. It has had to be taken to the dealership multiple times and I have not even had it a year yet. I will never purchase another vehicle from this place.

Sold me a used vehicle in a configuration that is detrimental to the drivetrain. I only found this out after the transmission experienced catastrophic failure and had excessive noise from transfer case. When I spoke to the salesman and manger, the response I got was, "you bought it as is." Shady, scummy, unprincipled.
