Professional, transparent, honest, timely, fair prices, excellent customer service, flexible in working with credit unions for financing, made appointments and kept them, didn't force the texting game and instead actively pick up the phones and communicated clearly ... really can't say enough great things about my experience with this group, except to go see Suzi Kugel. She knows Toyota like no other, especially if you're talking pre-owned.

Lets start with a recall. Not a big deal but the dealership sent a card.Called, expecting voicemail at 7 a.m. NO ... it's a live, living, breathing, person. Schedule an appointment. Text and email reminders were sent.Got there an hour early. Sorry. We are still working our normal appointments. Here's a loaner car. Go eat lunch.Called after lunch. Yes, your car is ready. Brought the loaner car back. Drive away home.THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is how you do customer service. If they do this much for a recall service, how much more will they move Heaven and Earth to serve an actual paying customer?

Unfortunately we didn't buy a car from Janzen, but we highly recommend them. Especially Suzi, she is the sweetest and goes above and beyond. Grant, the manager is nice too. Only huge issue we have at Janzen is their finance personnel, Kyle. After declining to do business at Janzen, Kyle has the audacity to run out to our car, knock on our car window and berated my wife and I. He also tried to say the other deal-ship was "leading us on" with the 3.49 APR "just like I was leading Janzen on". We was in the market for a new car because my car transmission went out. We basically lost 6K unexpectedly and we are newly parents. Yes I gave Janzen my word that I was buying a car from them, but we are able to save $850.00 with another dealership, that money will help my family. I understand people get upset, but for Kyle to research which car we were in and walk out to the car to berate us, is unprofessional. We got our new car with 3.49 apr through Toyota Financial. Once again, Suzi and Grant are awesome people, and we highly recommend Janzen.

We went in a few weeks ago to test drive a Tacoma. We happened to be driving thru the area and saw the dealership. The sales people were great. No pressure. We weren't planning to buy there because we live in Oklahoma City. After talking to them and seeing what they would give us on our trade in. We purchased our new Tacoma yesterday. They didn't have what we wanted on the lot so they found us one exactly like we wanted. It had 6 miles on it when we picked it up. Again, they were all so nice and friendly. We even got to meet Mr. Janzen. It was one of the easiest car buying experiences that we have had. The price was right. The trade in amount was right. No haggling needed. It was a good experience.

My favorite dealership of all time! I have not only purchased many vehicles from them, but have helped other purchase vehicles from Janzen. The sales and service department are excellent. I also drive from Ponca to get all my oil changes and service needs. They are a great dealership and one that I highly recommend.

I would highly recommended Janzen Toyota for all your Toyota sales and service needs, we purchased a new 4runner for my wife several months ago. Jebediah (our salesman) along with the rest of the team were wonderful to work with, the great communication and straight forward negotiation was much appreciated. After working with Bob Howard Toyota for quite some time on our other vehicles, I was extremely frustrated with the poor communication and flat out bad customer service . We are very happy we made the switch to Janzen.

Do not get your cabin filter changed here. It cost me almost $65 to do here. One YouTube search and you can see how easy it is to do yourself. Save your self the money. And it will only take you 5-10 minutes. Absolute scam

I took my car for a 60,000 mile inspection. Apparently that does mean what it used to. All they did was change my oil and rotate my tires. They told me I need a battery service due to corrosion. Told them to go ahead and do it because it was supposed to prevent further corrosion. A week and half later my check engine light goes on. I open the hood and there is corrosion on my battery. The coolant was almost empty which means they didn't even bother to look or notify me of anything else with the car. It wasn't too long ago the a 60,000 mile inspection meant just that, an inspection of the car. Now I have to take the car into another mechanic shop to see why the check engine light is on since I can't trust this place to be honest.Do not take you cars here.

We visited Stillwater to see the new Sequoia and we loved it. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We were given many updates as we waited for our car to come in (waited a couple months). We were able to trade in my old car for a good price. After buying the Sequoia, there was one piece of side detailing that needed to be adjusted on a door and the staff came to my work to get my car so it could be fixed. Great team and great experience here!
