Jameson's Discount Home Improvement Warehouse

This place has excellent customer service for sure! Always helped us when we asked and especially when we didn't. They catered to our every need and were willing to work with us in negotiating. Jameson's is a large warehouse building full of in-box and open box home improvement materials. Many small appliances such as mini-fridges, heaters, rangehoods, stovetops, water heaters, etc. Then there were SO MANY building things like flooring, bathtubs, doors, vanities, sinks, faucets. A large selection of patio furniture takes up the back corner all brand new! My favorite part was the wall and various other areas of lighting fixtures. The best part is the pricing! Huge discounts on so many items. I can't even begin to tell you how cheap you can get so many things. Dyson vacuums for $275! Light fixtures for outdoor and indoor from $5. SO MUCH! Definitely worth checking out!

I have visited both locations and find the staff welcoming and helpful. The prices are good and there are a wide variety of household products. Think of a discount Lowes or Home Depot. Purchased these outdoor lights a Home Depot brand.

I was very excited to find out they were putting a Jameson's Discount Home Improvement warehouse where the old Steve's wholesale was because I'd been to the one in Yukon years ago and they had nice stuff for significantly less than your big box home improvement chain stores. I'd been to the one in Midwest City too, but I was not impressed at all especially when my $100 steam mop broke after less than a month. So I visited the new location today and bought a paint spraying gun for a little less than it would cost at lowes. It said "used" on the box, but I figured it was just a return from a regular store and since it wasn't much cheaper had I bought it new and since returns weren't accepted I figured it had been looked over and tested. I shouldn't have assumed one thing because when I got home and opened the case the paint sprayer looked "used" alright "used up" that is. Now I'm out $100. I went down every aisle in that store and it was all overpriced. I will never shop there again and I just want to let potential customers know if an item says "used" that is exactly what it means and whoever had it previously probably got a new one and gave Jameson's their old broken one.

Great Home Improvement store. They consistently have new inventory and the staff are extremely helpful and very, very friendly. Prices are very good as well.

Last week I saw a patio set on FB marketplace. I called the number listed and it was for their Midwest City store. The gentleman I spoke to at that store was very nice and helpful. It was the only set they had and was what we were looking for. He said he could not hold it (understandable), I asked if I could pay over the phone and he said they could not do that (OK), I explained that we live in Yukon and it would take 2 trips to pick the set up. He then suggested that they could bring the set to Yukon and we could pick it up there. Great and much appreciated! He went so far as to look the set over for any damage, and even sent me pictures (the pictures on FB were not indicative of the true color of the set). I asked if I could go to the Yukon store and pay for the set there and he said that it had to be paid for in MWC. After calling who I assume was the owner, I was told that I could pay at the Yukon location. I went into the Yukon store and made payment. Alyssa who was working the counter was as friendly, welcoming, and helpful as anyone could ask for. Truly had wonderful customer service skills. I called her on Friday to ask if we could pick the set up Saturday morning and she said that would be fine. Called her Saturday morning to let her know my husband was on his way (he and a friend with a truck were meeting at the store) as we did not think the whole set would fit in my husband's truck. He was told to go back to the warehouse where someone would load the set for him. Enter the owner Jessica. She said it would be a "minute" as they had to unload a truck they received that was not on pallets. He said she seemed mad at the world from the beginning. He was a little taken aback that her priority was to unload a truck as opposed to taking care of a customer. A conversation ensued regarding a minute versus 20-30 minutes. Per my husband and his friend she became extremely rude and nasty, almost to the point of being unhinged, telling him he could leave the area. In steps a man who said he was the manager and asked what was going on. My husband could barely answer him as she continued to talk over he and the manager, so the manager said "let's go outside". He handled the problem and got them loaded up. What an experience!! I went to the web and read like reviews about this woman and her business. She always seems to have a nasty rebuttal and frequently mentions their "small business." News flash ma'am! You cannot treat customers this way and expect them to return to your store, leave you a positive review, or support your small business. As others have said your signage is a bit misleading. Yes, we saved a little bit, but certainly not nearly what you advertise. The same set at HD is currently $749 and your price $629, 16% difference. So yes, we saved some on the price of the set and with the difference in price plus tax. Yes, the set was assembled and that was certainly a plus, but with that being said I would never purchase anything that was not assembled from your business as I could see nothing but issues if there was a problem. For us we will go where our business is appreciated. You are not the only discount store in the OKC metro. You could learn a thing or two from your employees about customer service.

Great customer service!! Always very helpful. Lots of variety of items at great prices! There are always new items arriving.

Prices are same as Lowes and higher than Amazon not very friendly people will not return

Crooks, crooks, and more crooks! DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Customer service is nonexistent, they're rude, and lie, lie, lie. I bought an item and was told I could bring it back anytime for 30-days no questions asked. When I took it back they wanted to charge a 15% restocking fee. The guy says he told me about the restocking fee and he dang sure did not tell me that. Do you really believe they tell EVERY customer about their restocking fee? Argued with them so much they refused the refund. What kind of place does that? Stay away from this place!!!

Horrible place.. you better love what you buy.. they will not return or exchange even if it doesn't work.. this place is going under quickly.. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are unprofessional and rude.. I even called and asked if I could exchange something with their tags.... I didn't want cash back.. they said yes.. then I get there and they said no? If there was negative stars I would rate them in the negative.. I wasn't the only one.. when I walked in someone else was yelling at them about how awful they are.. BEWARE!!

Terrible customer service these people are crooks charge the same prices that Home Depot charges and there items are broken don't provide any exchange. They falselfy Home Depot prices to lure customer to buy at a higher price don't fall for this bait would definitely not recommend this STAY AWAY from this SCAM artist. You will regret buying from these people.
