Driving from Dallas Texas I was just outside of Muskogee Oklahoma and my cars battery/alternator light came on, not familiar with the area my husband contacted James Hodges Toyota. Aaron the service manager called with direction and I was able to get my car there. Patrick took my paper work and got the car up on the rack to find the problem. They found oil leaking into the alternator and a leak in the coolant system. The problem was they could not work on my BMW because they did not have the right equipment. But they did offer several solutions to my problem and because it was late said my car could spend the night while my husband and I decided on what to do. I really appreciated their kindness and the next day they helped get the car on the road to a garage that services BMWThank you Aaron, Patrick and James Hodges Toyota

Was at Hodge Toyota today to shop new Tundras. Walked around the lot thinking a salesman would come greet me (like they do at other dealerships). There were no other customers there (that should have been a sign), so it's not like they were all busy. Kept looking & didn't see a salesman anywhere - guess I'll try Tulsa, OKC or Dallas

Dont buy from this car lot. They sold me a canadian car and DIDNT disclose. The car only had 33k miles. Iam finding out there is NO manufacturer warranty in US or NO safety Recalls in US.I was smart enough to know when I called to record talking to manager Derek how I WASNT told. Derek said some of the salesman knew they were selling Canadian cars and some didnt know. That would be a managers job to tell staff. AutoCheck Report I was given says country of assembly United States.

We bought a new car from here and were left with many false promises. This place seems to be filled with chaos and I have seen many staff members in and out of here off to different companies. First we were given an estimate that apparently did not exist from a salesman (We found this out on the final day of the sale). We were also promised environmental fixes such as scuffs and scratches that were free of charge. Turns out that was just another lie that got us to pay for the Hodge Package! Don't be fooled by these people. They may not all be liars but there sure are a few snakes around there.

Had some things taken out of my truck in the service department but didn't realize it until I got home. Contacted them and they tried to act like nothing happened and obviously I can't prove anything. I've had multiple bad experiences with this dealership. I'd give your business to a different dealership.

Wish I didn't have to give one star unbelievable service to a repeat customer I have 2 vehicles from this car lot and Aaron in auto repair needs to learn customer service he literally told me my total was 750$ then told me because I was contacting his boss and giving him such a hard time that my total was 1000$ and he wasn't giving me no discount since I'm being a pain Dave in auto motive was just as rude maybe even ruder Patrick wasn't rude explainEd things when I talked with him just wow this place definitely needs new workers these guys act like they been there there whole life at this job and are I replaceable and can talk to customers so awe full will never ever ever get anything from toyota ever again after buying from them all the back to when Rick hamm was the manager like I have said very unbelievable customer service think twice before doing business here
