We should've turned around and walked right back out.... When the salesman and sales manager brag about their Christian faith as they lie through their teeth, it just turns my stomach. Note to future buyers... 1) don't get your own financing. They make tons of money on financing and warranties and they don't like it when you don't get them through their dealership. Your deal will change in the finance department in the fine print. 2) They seem to use the "we bought it from our sister lot" story often. They don't. They trade vehicles based on value, and from what I've read and our experience, they trade vehicles often. Not likely. And the price they tell you they paid their sister dealership for the vehicle you want, well refer back to #2 (they trade vehicle value, not purchase price). 3) Their service department either doesn't do the certified pre-owned inspections that are listed in your sales contract, or they have really poor techs. We had a terrible experience within 30 minutes of leaving the dealership, which had already closed. From what I've read in the reviews on several sites, this seems to be a common theme with this dealership. Integrity is tough to regain once lost, and Jackie Cooper Infiniti of Tulsa has little interest in regaining ours.

Service Dept review: You get what you pay for. Difficult job, with a couple of needed component repairs. Sarah did a good job communicating, despite delay in receiving part. Costs were explained clearly. When requested additional explanation, Jimmy, the service manager went the extra mile.Appreciated the courtesy car - especially in light of wait time for the part. The waiting area is comfortable and has a nice array of snacks. They were really busy over the weekend my car was dropped my car off. Nevertheless the whole staff is pleasant and courteous, including service advisor Sarah. They're not cheap; but you get what you pay for.

I can't tell you how impressed we were with the service we received on our QX80. We called and spoke with Terry, he met us at the service center, escorted us to the lounge, kept us informed on the service being done, found the problem, got it fixed and had our car washed before we left. We arrived at 10 am and was out by 12 noon. Everything was under warranty and they also took care of a recall while we were there. Everyone was so friendly. We will most definitely trade with Jackie Cooper next time instead of driving all the way to Dallas where we not treated nearly as nice. Thank you Jackie Cooper and Terry for a wonderful experience. We will be back!!

This dealership is chill! Though it is located 35 miles from where we live, we always take our Infinitys there for service simply because it's the best, in service, professionalism, friendliness and facility-wise. They offer loaners if you want one, but if you want to wait on an oil change, their customer lounge is very large, with snacks, coffee, water, soda, and cell phone chargers. I didn't buy either of my last two Infinitys from them but they treat me like I buy a new one from them every year. Their website is very easy to use in terms of scheduling a service appointment, but you don't even have to do that because they have a thing called Express Service for drop-ins. However, if you want/need a loaner, I would highly recommend scheduling your appointment. A great place if you have an Infinity, but they are also a Benz dealer and have a separate service for those vehicles. While I'm waiting for my car to be serviced, it's also fun to check out their showroom and take a look at the exotic sports cars they have.

Bought a used Audi from Jason. It was a series of missteps. Sent us a video of our car since we were not local and referred to car by wring year. Then forgot to send paperwork. I had to contact his supervisor to get the job done. He was nice initially but became frustrated. Then we get the car and title and go to register car and realize that they never sent loan documentation. They need a checklist. Love the car but not Jackie Coopet
