Professional, thorough, honest, knowledgeable! Words to describe the tech who serviced us and this is how I see the company now because of him. KIANOOSH was the tech who serviced our home. He was so professional and polite. Very thorough! Very knowledge---walked me through everything and explained everything is such easy-to-understand detail. He made me feel encouraged that this company is honest and employs honest people. I initially was looking to get a dryer vent cleaning, a unit cleaning, and an antimicrobial fogging. He did a full inspection of all the things I was looking to have done and was honest about the services that I didn't need so I wouldn't be spending money unnecessarily (although he offered to still do them if I still desired them). He showed me how to clean my dryer vent out for the future---with the way our stuff is set up, it's very easy for us to do. He showed me video of all the vents and informed/showed me a vent that needed to be repaired and he then laid out my options for me to decide what I wanted done. He then looked to see if he could crawl under the house to reach and repair the vent. He gave me lots of great tips for creating more efficiency in our home and how to keep our air in good quality as well. Kianoosh carefully and attentively listened to everything I told him and all the various problems I mentioned with our system and air flow to various parts of the house, and he really took care to address and attempt to fix each one, and if it wasn't something that could be fixed same day (i.e. large repairs and installations), he made sure to inform me of all the options---he showed such care and impeccable active listening skills! He also asked to borrow some water from the tap for one of the machines and some water spilled on the floor and he offered to use the shop car to clean up the water. He was so respectfully of our home and being in our home. Truly Kianoosh was an incredible representative of Interstate Heating & Conditioning company. Will keep them in mind for future needs due to this experience!

These guys are a class act. My AC went out last night, so in the morning I called Interstate and they had someone out within an hour. Technician Jason was friendly, courteous, and professional. He solved my problem (bad capacitor) quickly and explained my options for repair. It was a great experience all around. I will definitely be using them again.

Interstate put in our HVAC unit in 2012 and have continued to use them and also referred a relative to them.Yesterday, however, made me feel good about humanity again. We had a leak from the drain hose and Brandon came and took care of everything!! He resloped the unit, shop vac'd up the wet insulation, carried the shop vac down from the attic, dumped it in the trash, carried the fan up there and plugged it in and also got a contractor out here to fix the ceiling drywall as soon as possible! I thought I would have to fight the company on fixing the ceiling but...nope!! How many people do you know that would go beyond the call of duty? The company is very lucky to have such a conscientious former military guy working for them!! Brandon...job well done!!

In 20 degree weather and with a disabled daughter with pneumonia, our heater quit working on Monday night. I called a 24/7 scam company and they charged $99 to tell us that the part could be ordered and installed on Friday or we could get our unit replaced the following day. On Tuesday I called Sam's Club, who sent my information over to Interstate and I worked with Kai and Jennifer and told them about the part that the first company said needed to be replaced. They tried to next day ship it, but missed the deadline by 4 minutes. On Thursday they still didn't have the part. My husband called his contacts and someone came on Friday morning to fix the heater and he took off with a necessary part. He, too, realized he would have to order the malfunctioning part and he wouldn't receive it until the following week. Thankfully Interstate called shortly afterward and stated that they finally received the part and someone would be here in 30 minutes to install it. When Isaac arrived, the very polite technician, he informed me that one of the parts was missing. The technician who had come earlier in the morning had left with it. Isaac waited at my home while I met the other technician and picked up the part and he was able to get our heater working again. After 1 night in a hotel room and 3 sleepless nights in a recliner in my daughter's room to keep her safe from the space heater, we finally have heat and at hundreds less than the first company quoted. Isaac called me when he got our assignment, let me know that he would be back in touch with me when he finished the call he was on, called back when he was on his way and arrived early! He was thorough, efficient, and very sweet to my dogs even when they were being obnoxious, which for me is huge! By the time he left the dogs liked him, the house was cooling down and I could not have been happier. After I'd spent a desperate Friday afternoon trying to find someone who could get our A/C back on so my husband who has cancer and is on chemotherapy would not have to endure a hot weekend, Interstate got the job done for us that day, and at a reasonable price! I was sold a 16 seer unit as a replacement. It failed the inspection due to improperly sized supply lines and turns out it is not a 16 seer. Just the condenser is a 16 seer and I couldn't find a rating on the air handler. Jake the salesman is a liar and has continued to lie to me throughout the process. Telling me so many lies ive lost count. he said you have to pair it with a 21 inch unit to make a 16 seer and that won't fit in the closet. that the gas lines would have to be moved. just so many lies. you will regret business with these people

Got me in early next day, lady on the phone was super friendly and helpful. Adam, my technician, was right on time and I got a call half an hour beforehand to let me know as they said they would. Adam explained what was wrong, how to fix it and how much it was going to be, and it was exactly that. Best AC repair company I've ever used.
