Their electrician broke a light twice that he was supposed to install and it was all paid for. The 3rd time he came out to install the light that was supposed to be installed in our new build before we even purchased it, they had the nerve to send is a bill!! Both the office and the guy who came out knew that we did not schedule the service ourselves and that it was the builder's responsibility. Hate that we have to work with them bc that's who our builder used. Have not had good experiences.All our fans installed by them were super wonky as well. Multiple other issues with them including communication breakdown. Would absolutely not recommend
