Icon Cinema OKC Windsor

First off, is this a duplicate entry? Because I see another "Icon Cinema" with the same address immediately below. Anyway, this movie theater is great, has discounted tickets and an assortment of lobby food/snack offerings, even alcohol and ice cream. I think there may be potential to convert this into one of those dine-in movie theaters. However, doing that would make the place lose its nostalgic charm I feel. Overall very much recommended!

I decided that I needed to go see Dune 2 and wanted to try this movie theater. My ticket with tax was $9.77. What a lovely movie theater. So clean and I enjoyed the recliners. Employees were super friendly.

What can I say about Icon Cinema. Coming back brings the nostalgia of the past, a time when I was not old enough to drive. My friends and I were even got kicked out once when we tried to sneak into an R rated movie, Matrix Reloaded I believe. My friends and I used to walk to this old movie theater which has been remodeled and now looks better than ever. It's still an old theater, don't get me wrong, and it's no Tinseltown Cinemark with inferior seats and venue. Location is not great either. Unless you live in the area, you wouldn't even know this movie theater. Located in Windsor Hills Plaza, but on the backside instead of where all the other businesses are. I had to look for it to find it. I only go back for the nostalgia otherwise Tinseltown is where I would go.

Absolutely the best bang for your movie going wants & desires! I was happy to see Tuesday movies for only $6! You get free self serving refills on popcorn & drinks. They have dip & dots ice cream & many blue bell flavors! Nachos are self served with jalapeños for free! It's really clean inside! The concessions are affordable! They even offer frozen alcoholic beverages, beer & wine! The churros are cooked fresh to order & there are a few toppings to choose from! We got our tickets, drinks, popcorn, ice cream, churros for the same price we would've spent for just movie tickets elsewhere for $38. We even got refills on our drinks & popcorn after or movie to go! I can't wait to go back. They do have recliners, they are not heated or cooled like other movie theaters. 2 con's some movie theaters the floors are at incline downward so with the wood floors it makes it hard to stand straight up. Lol Second con the bathroom location is by the concessions area! Be prepared to walk!

Great place to see a movie...Cheap tickets..refills on popcorn and drinks...comfy recliners..convenient parking...What's not to like?!

It's super convenient if you live in the west side of OKC/Bethany area. It's easy to get to -- corner of NW 23rd & Meridian with plenty of parking close right outside the theater. It's a bit bare bones for decor, but that doesn't matter when the lights are off and the movie is showing!! 1. Electric reclining seats. Let me repeat that. Electric, CUSHY reclining seats. 2. Huge amounts of space between the rows and other seats. 3. I felt tickets were a little cheaper than nearby options, I paid $6. for senior ticket. 4. Unlimited popcorn and even if it wasn't unlimited, the price was definitely good.5. DIPPING DOTS. 6. Easy to purchase tickets.7. Staff was great.It's convenient and easy enough to get to, that I can see going to a few more movies than we normally do. Most of the time it's a hassle -- this was an easy button.

My family and I have gone to Icon Cinemas twice now and I have mixed feelings about this cinema. So here is what our thoughts are so far... we love that is a small venue and the parking hasn't been a problem. The ticket prices are comparable to the other cinemas around the Metro but when you purchase popcorn or drinks, both have unlimited free refills during your visit. The theaters are small and the seats are comfortable, squishy recliners, which are the best! But there are very few employees and I haven't seen a manager here yet and the whole place is gray. I know that seems like a weird thing to mention but going to the movies has always been my thing and I love the red carpet colors and lights and smiles and smells. This place is lacking that part of the experience for me so...I think I am still going to have mixed feelings about Icon Cinemas but we are still going to give it another shot.

Great experience overall I recommend anyone that wants to have a little date night to go great concession prices, free refills on popcorn and drinks for $54 we got popcorn, nachos, candy and drinks overall experience was good

Very cool place! The renovation is nice! Service was good and efficient. They also have discounts for senior citizens which is a nice touch.

Staff is real friendly and welcoming. The manager ( I can't remember how to spell his name but he said it was aquí like the word here but in Spanish lol ) was great very helpful and funny. I recommend 10/10 super clean and very affordable
