Great customer service. I needed a battery replacement for my iPhone SE (original battery, so it was time). They didn't have the battery in stock and asked me to come back the next day. I came back two days later, no battery. So the tech called their other store at 7401 S Shields Blvd ste e, Oklahoma City, OK 73149. They had the battery in stock, so away I went--with a card in my pocket for a free tempered glass upgrade to make up for my troubles.The store at 7401 S Shields Blvd ste e, Oklahoma City, OK 73149 made fast work of the install and I was out the door and on my way in less than 30 minutes. However, they forgot to tape down the new battery and by a week later it was clunking around in the case. Since I was out of town, I had to go to a different iphone repair place to fix that problem (the out of town repair shop didn't charge me, so it was more of the hassle than anything that earns these folks only 3 stars).

So fast and easy, and I am so grateful. I had a "red screen of death" from something overheating my iphone 6, and the touchscreen wouldn't work. Shell, the amazing and brilliant technician, fixed it in an hour. I even got my screen fixed during that time (small cracks, nothing big). Everyone should come here for iphone repair!

Awesome service and quick turn around!The charge port on my iPhone was broken. They were able to fix it in about 20-30 minutes. Even tested the mic afterwards to ensure it worked as well.The staff was very friendly too! Can't hurt they had a friendly dog hanging out inside the shop.Definitely recommend!

Less than 24hrs from dropping it off my sons phone was repaired and back In his possession! Very happy.

Took my phone with a broken screen into the store 10 minutes before closing time. They stayed open late to get the phone fixed. Wonderful customer service!

Great customer service! Was very friendly and personal over the phone. The quickest and cheapest place I've found in the metro area. I had my home button replaced and the worker made sure of my satisfaction and even tweaked the home button for me until it clicked perfectly. The owner is a nice guy and handles phones with care and is super quick.

We have used this place many times. Great work, affordable and trustworthy! He even let me bring my dog into the store while hi fixed my phone so it wouldn't get cold! Will always make the drive from Edmond to use I Fix phones!!

Excellent service!! She fixed two problems on my iPhone that I had previously been told were not easily fixable by places I had considered reliable. The best part was that she found out the parts did not need to be replaced and ended up not charging me for them. Price ended up being less than half what I thought. Clearly knowledgeable and very fast service. Trustworthy and some of the best prices I had seen when I was shopping around. The French bulldog in the store is adorable as well.

Bought a phone for $180..phone didn't work for some reason...brought it back 2 times..still couldn't fix it..finally asked for my money back and they gave me 120 and said rest will be put on the card b/c my deposit was done by the card...next day they only put back $6 on the card stating the receipt said there was a restocking fee on a phone that they sold and didn't work. I have been to them 4 times but never will go again...they are sharks and loosers. makes me wonder how many people work for them that put up some reviews and I love it how they remember every detail about bad reviews...very piss poor business...

Extremely fast and professional service!!! Could not beat the price and they went out of their way to fix my additional issues I was having. Highly recommend!!!!!
