I gave this apartment complex 2 Stars, because it is a better property management company than the one at Bluff Creek Apts. At least at Hunter's Ridge, they try to keep the grounds looking nice with new landscaping, the maintenance & office staff are more professional, new property fence by the back entrance, and appliance upgrades. Some of the residents are another matter (complainers & lazy). I am so glad we only signed a 6 month lease. (1) We have had 2 noise complaints (1 verbal & 1 written) against our Miniature Schnauzer for barking and causing our neighbors to lose sleep. It would have been nice if we had been told that this is a really quiet apartment complex before we moved in. Why do they allow dogs at all? Maybe, they should make it a cat only community.(2) Speaking of cats, there are a lot of cats that potty/spray outside. I am constantly saying "LEAVE IT" to our dogs when I take them out to potty. This is gross, but dogs consider cat poop a delicacy! I DON'T GET IT!(3) Now that it's summer, it stinks from smokers and pet urine. There's flies everywhere, and mainly because pet owners DO NOT PICK UP AFTER THEIR PETS. Granted, Maintenance does not empty the pet waste containers as often as they should nor fill the potty bags as soon as they run out. So, bring your own bag just in case and pick up after your pet. BE A RESPONSIBLE PET OWNER! (4) Twice, I have posted flyers by the mailboxes for my garage sale with tags to tear off on how to contact. SOMEONE TORE ALL THE TAGS OFF TWICE.(5) My newest complaint is that someone sideswiped my car in the parking lot and DID NOT LEAVE A NOTE! It's not dented, but you can tell it was a white car. I called the apartment's security patrol to file a report, and they said whoever it was has red paint on their white car now.

Cigarette Smoke 24/7 | Rude & Dismissive Management | Low Quality NeighborsDuring my term here of 1 miserable year at 610, I was breathing my loser neighbor's smoke from downstairs nearly the whole time. When the A/C kicked in, it went from slow smothering to full on in your face smoke. Probably took literal years off my life living here.Water is horrid and rusted metal incredibly quickly. 100% unusable without filtering. Water temperature went from ice to boiling in seconds. Never had a nice relaxing warm shower here.Neighbors fighting at least once a week, usually at midnight or past that. Low quality and inconsiderate. During my walkthrough when I was finally being released from this horrid place, I introduced management to the horrible smoke constantly being pushed through the apartment, and they would only respond with, "Yeah we will have to ask them to clear our their balcony." I assume they were trying to gaslight me into believing my neighbors were only smoking outside since they weren't supposed to be smoking in the apartment. This same character also had rudely dismissed me several times when I asked questions about packages I was expecting. She'd give one word answers then get back to videos on her monitor without another word.The only thing positive I would say about this place is that maintenance actually tries. When I submitted a request about the smoke, the maintenance team actually went under the sinks to foam fill cracks and potentials gaps where the smoke could be coming through, although it didn't end up helping. I appreciate them nonetheless.The rotten cherry on top of this whole experience, is that I cleaned the apartment, filled drywall holes (some of which were before me), bought a carpet wet vacuum, deep cleaned the carpets, mopped, cleaned out the fridge, freezer, bought new stovetop metal inserts, everything. These cretins send me back a measly 70 bucks out of my entire deposit. And the double whammy, the check is misprinted and can't be deposited. It's not even dirt cheap to live here. It's a pretty average price. Don't do it.

I have lived here for 1.5 years.The staff and maintenance crew are top notch. When it comes apartment living, as we know, speed and competency are two of the most important attributes a complex can have.I have never had to wait more than a day for my requests to be filled.It really is the main factor of why I choose to still live here.I continue to be pleased with my treatment as a resident at Hunter's Ridgd OKC.

I lived there for almost 6 years and was late on rent twice that was it! Left the apartment spotless even took wipes to the baseboards, refrigerator was clean the carpets vacuumed, bathroom spotless bleached all the tiles and everything! I damn near left that place better than I got it! I had my final water bill of 41.27 I was going to pay 7/21 however was in a car accident and that money had to go to medicines. I immediately called and left a message informing them of the issue and that I would pay it 8/6/18 with next check NO-ONE called back so I assumed it was all ok. Called there today and was told it was sent to collections...are you kidding me collections..when I communicated everything to them and was still sent over. No one called to let me know I would have borrowed the money of it was like that. I take my credit very serious and if this hits my credit when I was in the right its not going to go well. Now I have to go through some freaking agency and I bet they want some fee I will not pay. This place has seriously gone down hill. I couldn't wait to leave seems they let any old trash thugs move in these days.DON'T GO CLEARLY THERE IS NO CARE FOR LOYAL TENANTS!!
