Very disappointed in the arrangement that was made for Mother's Day. Prices were tiered to reflect the amount and quality of flowers so I went for the higher end so that I would be getting a nice arrangement. The arrangement was not even the size shown in the picture. The florist did not use flower foam so the arrangement was quite small and the flowers and stems were not de-leaved below the water line. I will not use this florist again.

April 2017. I ordered an Easter arrangement for my mother-in-law. She stated the arrangement was beautiful. A couple of weeks later my wife and I went to Shawnee to visit with her mother. I called ahead and ordered a seasonal arrangement. Upon arriving, I saw the seasonal arrangement and was very disappointed. It looked like it had been in a cooler for days. May 2017. As Mother's Day approached, I called the florist and stated my displeasure with the seasonal arrangement. The florist apologized, took my Mother's Day order and only charged me half price. My mother-in-law said the arrangement was the most beautiful she had ever received! June 2017. My mother-in-law's birthday is in early June. I called and ordered a birthday arrangement. I never saw this arrangement. My mother-in-law state they delivered the arrangement as she was leaving the house. If she had not been in a hurry, she would have REFUSED the delivery because of the QUALITY of the arrangement. The quality of the arrangement was very bad. And that's my review.

I forgot to send my mom something for Easter, which is tomorrow. Yikes!I called and explained my desperation, and they were able to get a same-day arrangement out. The arrangement was affordable and beautiful!! My mother positively loved it! Thank you, House of Flowers, for bailing me out.Calling at the last minute, I was really at your mercy. However, you were kind and helpful, and displayed exemplary customer service. I am most appreciative and am likely to use you again and would recommend you to others.

Needed a lovely valentine arrangement, a sentimental reason. The order was not delivered on valentines day, however i was told it was made and would be delivered the morning after. Followed up, still not made, flowers aren't in, and vase isn't available but should have it by end of the day today. If the flowers aren't available, the vase not available, the man power not available, don't sell it. don't advertise it. more importantly please don't promise it.

My boyfriend got me this beautiful arrangement for mothers day. Once I found out he spent nearly $100.00 on it... I was very disappointed that the roses were wilted and turning brown. Its the thought that counts but I really dont think he got his money worth.

I have to say that I have never known a florist that gives such bad service. I received flowers from my son for Mother's Day on the Monday after and I had to pick them up myself. Today I was to receive flowers from the same son. Guess what, note on the door and after waiting for 20 minutes on the phone I got a sorry they close Saturday at 3p. They can call you tomorrow or Monday. I told them to give a refund to my son. Usually when flowers are ordered, people would like to see them delivered on a specific day. This florist has missed the mark twice. I've also seen some poor arrangements sent from their shops to funerals. I would not recommend them.

I had to be out of the country for Valentines day this year. I called the House of Flowers in Shawnee Ok to have a dozen red roses delivered to my wife since I was going to be gone. The lady taking my order was very helpful and courteous as I explained my circumstances. She assured me that their company would make sure my wife received the flowers on Valentines day, which I paid extra for. Come Valentines day I caledl my wife to wish her a Happy Valentines day and to see how see liked the flowers. To my disappointment the flowers never showed!!! My heart sunk....I called them the next day and all they could say was sorry. When I said I wanted a refund and asked if they needed my order number she simply replied no I have it in front of me. She gave me no reason why the flowers had not been delivered and no reason why they had not called my wife as I had given them her number. Just a sorry, guess what, sorry does not cut it. Do not use this company for any reason, they can not be trusted.
