Hot Chopsticks Kitchen

Delicious little Asian noodle stand and my go-to when I hang out at Prairie Artisan next door. Located inside the 8th street market, it's a nice place to order from when you don't want to consume beer on an empty stomach. Plus the food is really flavorful.

The food was delicious and definitely can see myself coming here again. I like that you can take your food out to the tables outside of the restaurant. The only thing I wish was different is that they sell their soda only in cans instead of as fountain drinks.

I love the ambiance and food. My shaken beef was amazing, and the egg was fire. Food was out so quick. I took a little stroll and my food was ready. i will be back. thank you so much. 10 BIG BOOMS

Great Vietnamese food and generous portions! Their beverages are also very innovative (including a mango smoothie that is slightly spicy in which you can dip a candy they give you). Their dry flat noodles are also excellent. Service is order from a kiosk and the interior is spacious and you can also use tables out in the hall. Highly recommended!

Food was very good. We had steamed dumplings, vermicelli, and Pho. All were hot and fresh. It's in the 8th Street marketplace where Prairie Artisan Ales is located. Will definitely be back.

Quick stop for lunch. This is the place to go. Service was fast and efficient. Food was seasoned and absolutely delicious. My team cannot wait to stop by and eat here again. Pork egg rolls crunchy and cooked just right. It was a little noisy, but we were still able to talk and get work done.

Food was decent, not what I was expecting, just a walk up place. Nice server, but not a ton of selection.

The food was excellent. I had the chicken and rice. The chicken was very flavorful. It's more of a food court style order and eat. It's in a little business building where there are multiple businesses within the same building. There is also a brewery there where you can sit and order your food. The staff from hot chopsticks came down to the brewery to bring our food and pick up our plates as well. They were super nice. Would highly recommend this place. I don't eat Vietnamese very often but my friends that were with me do, they both had pho and really enjoyed it.

Finally got to try out this place that used to be magasin table. Food was ok. I find the pho broth kind of greasy. There were no grilled marks on the grilled shrimp spring roll. It was interesting that the shaken beef was served with both rice & fries. Beef was a tag too sweet & kind of chewy. It's a self serve kind of place. Will probably not return.
