Honda of Muskogee

I went to Honda of Muskogee, because South Pointe Honda messed up my brand new car (they didnt know how to reset after changing tires and "Tire pressure warning" signal kept coming up on-which I never saw before, on my brand new car). South Pointe Honda were abusive and basically caused issues to my new car that I took to them. I spoke with Honda of Muskogee the next morning and they told me to come right in. I wish I remember who i worked with. He was the sweetest guy and it was a very pleasant validating and helpful experience. Most importantly he corrected the issue that South Pointe Honda caused to my brand new car. He said South Pointe should have known how to reset the signal and assured me my instincts throughout the drama with South Pointe Honda were correct-that how they treated me and my car shouldn't have happened. Honda of Muskogee basically took in my new Honda and corrected what South Pointe Honda messed up. I was charged nothing. I later took my car back to Honda of Muskogee 6 months later before a road trip and they were open and transparent about recommendations and what I needed. Very thankful for Honda of Muskogee (avoid South Pointe Honda at all costs-abusive, disrespectful tyrants who hate women). The men I worked with at Honda of Muskogee were respectful, kind, great humor, overall pleasant great people. Also both times I was there they took the time to teach me about my car which I appreciated. 10/10. Thank you so much for helping me through a difficult event that South Pointe Honda caused me and my new car, Honda of Muskogee!! Your care, knowledge, skill, and kindness really meant a lot. I'll never forget it.

The sales manager insisted that I not get my car looked at by a third party mechanic, and sold me a car with broken suspension components. Would not recommend this dealership.

I have one word Rikki!!! She was my sales gal. I have never had such an amazing car buying experience. She was knowledgeable. She didn't try to talk me into or out of anything. I cannot express enough that if you are looking for a vehicle give her a shout!!! Did I mention she was amazing??? The whole dealership really seemed to have it together. If your in the market for a car. Give them a try! You won't be disappointed

I called about a car Friday evening to verify it was available and was told by Brandon Brown it was available. I ask what time they opened Saturday and he said 9. I told him I would be there at 9. I show up 5 minutes early + and there is no car there or him! I was 1st told by other salesmen they didn't know where the car was, then that it was sold the evening before. Then I was told it was sold at auction. I drove 2 hours and will not ever be suckered by them again.

Drove 3 hours to an appointment to see a vehicle. Confirmed the appointment at 10 am. Arrived at 1:00 pm for the 1:15 appointment and the vehicle had been taken to auction that morning. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. The salesman tossed an apology over his shoulder as he walked inside, didn't even offer a substitute to look at.

Best place to buy a vehicle in Muskogee, OK. Zach Allen helped me with my purchase. Definitely a smooth transaction.

I bought a 2024 Honda Accord at Honda of Muskogee. Josh was so helpful and worked really hard to make sure that I got the deal that I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions. He even went above and beyond by mailing me the extra key to the car the next day since I live an hour away. I got all my paperwork for the car super quick. I would definitelly recomment Josh and Honda of Muskogee.

I was looking for a smaller truck and saw the .9% interest offered by Honda.I checked locally and the pickings were pretty slim in OKC, plus they add $1500 to $2000 with addons. By accident I found this dealership. I called and talked to Bronson, they had a discount on the Ridgelines with the color and the model (RTL-E) I wanted. I sent them pictures of my truck and they sent pictures. I put $500 down, then drove two hours. The transaction was smooth, no high pressure not even from finance. I will probably not be going there for service, but I bet they are good.

I had an amazing purchasing experience with this dealer. I followed my previous salesman to this location and it was worth the drive. The team was very helpful and worked very hard for me. I'm very thankful for having an opportunity to work with Justin White. I'd absolutely recommend stopping in. I left feeling accomplished and even more excited to have a vehicle that I know was in great condition.

I was a fan of another brand of cars for decades but after talking to a mechanic friend and few other "car guys" I was told to consider a Honda for resale value and reliability. I began to look around and took notice of the new Accord. After visiting a dealership closer to our home I left feeling something was missing and it was. The friendly folks at Honda of Muskogee made us feel at home and answered my questions as well as those I didn't think to ask. Joshua was so helpful at explaining the bells and whistles of our new Accord Touring model.
