I have recommended countless homeowners to this business for over 20 years. I had left numerous messages asking to schedule a repair for an appliance without a return call for a month. I finally got someone to answer today only to receive a very rude response and was promptly hung up on. I can only guess the Stillwater family that ran this business previously has sold it. It's terribly disappointing to not have a reliable local option for service. I will NOT recommend this business in the future.

I totally disagree. I needed a second fridge in our garage after our previous model died. They had exactly what we needed at the price we wanted to pay. It has worked out great. They delivered all the way to Edmond and set it up and hauled off the previous fridge. They have always been friendly and helpful. They service what they sell. Unfortunately, hardly anybody does that anymore. I will go there from now on for any appliance need and recommend them to everybody I know.

Drove to Hometown Brand today to pick up a few items I needed for a project.Upon arriving, a woman (not sure if she was owner or just an employee) came out and very rudely stared into my vehicle at me for a solid 3 minutes. I am assuming this was because the store had signage up suggesting that only customers may park there, but I was a customer! This interaction left me very uncomfortable and I drove away to a different store as a result. Again, not sure who this lady is for the store, but this is no way to treat customers!

Terrible Customer service. I came in today to find a simple part for my GE Dishwasher, a rubber check valve. I didn't have the model #, so I will take the hit for that. This store would not even attempt to help me solve my problem. I even had the pump model # that the check valve went on. They still refused to assist. If this is Customer Service for them, then hope karma comes back to bite them!
