I can see light from inside my garage to the outside!
a kitchen with white cabinets and blue tape
Who measured this?
Frost and moisture
The window in the master bedroom. Has ice as well as moisture on it. The house was built in 2020.
Back door not sealing
Wall hanging over stem wall!
a hand holding a measuring tape
Pitiful work!
Cleaned rust off outdoor fire place with a wire brush!?
These tiles along with over 50 more are not glued to the concrete
You can see water at the edge. I haven't even been there a year
Ice/moisture inside back door
Another terrible trim piece
Crappy work
Bad paint, bad trim...
Bathroom cabinet
Believe me. They put more energy into not helping with lying.

Don't by a Taber home with an HOA if you care about living in a nice neighborhood. Basically they take your HOA fees and do nothing when you want to make a complaint except ignore you. The property management company they contract with are terrible. They do nothing for homeowners. in my opinion they should be charged with fraud for taking homeowners money and not enforcing the HOA guidelines. They claim they are such a great company...they are not... they are just about making money.

Had an excellent experience with Taber from start to finish! We're 2.5 years in to living in our home and we still love it!

They claim overbuilt but they build at the same quality or worse than other cheaper builders in the area. If you poll current residents in Taber homes 80+% of them say they would never buy another one at any price. The windows they use are some of the cheapest quality available and will leak heat and cold throughout the year driving your energy costs up unnecessarily. They use the cheapest appliances and the cheapest heat and ac units that you will be repairing or replacing in just 2 or 3 years. Always get a 3rd patty inspector to look even at new construction to find issues before it's too late. Found out our home has exterior walls with studs at 24" center which doesn't even meet code but I'm sure they have ways to get around the city inspectors on that.

Proudly cut corners should be their tagline. My house is freezing but my closet is well-heated! There's cold air pouring in through the windows and when we had them come look at it during our warranty period I was given some BS about it being normal. This isn't the first home I've ever lived in. Plumbing wasn't properly installed, doors don't shut or stay closed (interior AND exterior - both the front door and back door do not close properly despite having Taber "fix" them on multiple occasions). Insulation wasn't put in in the attic on one entire side of our house and judging from the cold air that comes in at the floor I don't think there's any on the exterior walls either. Our tile was installed improperly and the grout falls apart. After a year of back and forth that was only partially fixed despite being fully covered under our warranty. They installed the wrong carpet pad in my son's room but only one half of the room! And then tried to argue with me to my face that I was wrong. Until they pulled up the carpet and saw for themselves. The wood look tile we picked must've been out of stock because they filled in pieces with the wrong color rather than WAIT until they could get all of the tile in. Basically the flooring company they use is horrible but no one from Taber is paying enough attention anyway. The two windows in the master bedroom aren't level with each other. We have crooked walls in bedrooms. Trim peeling and chipping after 1 year. Waiting is not in their thinking though, they're putting up homes faster than a conveyor belt would and the quality shows. They could care less about doing things right the first time around and only have dollar signs in their eyes. Interesting how they have 2 stars on yelp but almost 5 stars in a google search.

My taber home is AMAZING. I have a Shiloh bonus room and this house is beautiful inside and out. Dealing with warranty was a dream, they were quick and fixed every concern me and my husband had. We just hit one year and no issues. We're blessed to own this home and look forward to growing our family in it

We recently moved into our brand new home and we ran into problems right away. There was dried paint smeared in one of the bedrooms, paint dripping down the wall where we told them to fix twice, mud on white light fixtures, crack in the tile in the bathroom and chips in the jacuzzi tub and to top that all off there are plumbing problems that were not addressed before and they said they would not reimburse us for what we would spend on a hotel, due to not being able to stay at a hotel because of dogs and we work. Extremely disappointed in the quality.

Quite honestly, I've had nothing but issues from the warranty team with Taber Homes. They are deceitful and not good to their word. We have leaks in the house, leaks in the sprinkler systems, etc. In fact, our water bill jumped from $75/mo to $300/mo due to their leaks and they would not rectify the situation. In addition to leaking problems, we also had cracks emerging in the walls (floor, interior, and exterior) and the team would not do anything to fix the problem. People are moving out of our neighborhood left and right because of Taber Homes and I am likely right behind them. Taber does not stand behind their work and I could not be more disappointed with this company. If you're thinking about buying a Taber Home, save yourself some trouble and just don't.

I am a first time home owner with Taber homes; we purchased at Waters in Moore. We are dissatisfied with the customer service provided by your company. ( We had several contractors stop by for several things and the response was " We will fix it. Looks like the items were faulty and we will schedule a time to come back and fix it") We were told by Colten, your warranty manager, that's just what happens because they don't like to give bad news. It would appear your company lies to it's customers and does not actually warranty their work. ( This was also brought to Zac, the manager) This was unexpected of what I thought of Taber expectations.I bought my home 12/22. From the time of purchase our garage door, sprinkler system and several of our lights have not worked correctly. (Now the dishwasher) I have reported these issues and each contractor that came to my house said, "the system is faulty and we will replace it" After the contractors report to Taber they changed their position and say our house was hit by lightning and will not be covered by warranty. Prior to purchase I read all the apparently fictitious glowing reviews on Taber homes. I am so unhappy and disappointed with the work standards of your contractors and your company's failure to honor my warranty. It appears your company can not be trusted. Colten, no care attitude doesn't work for me. MY KITCHEN IS NOW FLOODED

Unfortunately most of these reviews are accurate. These homes are extremely under-built. The quality workmanship is deeply missing like many other low-grade builders, there are curved walls, insulation is missing, tile floors are cracked, fireplaces fall out of the walls, the foundations are cracked, walls have stair step cracks, and the AC unit simply doesn't work in some rooms for a half a million dollar home. There is more such as cheap cabinets, cheap paint, and other nuisance issues as well. They will not work to make things right and they will try to blame the homeowner. They have grown too big, too fast and quality has dropped off a cliff.
