One of the worst contractors I've ever dealt with. John the owner is happy to tell you how wonderful he is an how much he loves a challenge, but that is all smoke and mirrors. The main indoor unit was supposed to be located in one location, but when it came in they lied and told me it needed to be in another because it wouldn't fit where they originally said it would go. After they installed it in a much easier to access location for them, it turns out that it would have fit where it was supposed to. During the course of the first part of the install (it took them six months to pass city inspection) I had to leave work several times to run home to grant them access because they would just show up without contact. This was an issue the entire time I dealt with them and when I brought it up, I was told that they always contacted me the day before. I easily when back and checked my messages and this proved to be a delusional lie from the owner. I ended up hiring another contractor to finish the job so that I wouldn't have to deal with this company any more. Absolutely not worth your time, money or headache.
