I was pleasantly surprised at this place for the location it is in. Went here for a work party and we all had a blast. Drinks and pizza were good for bowling food. Bathroom was clean and overall place looked well kept up. Employees were friendly. Would definitely recommend

They are now under new ownership. The lanes have been upgraded, and leagues are rolling. Decent prices for bowling and they have a Pro Shop. Good fun atmosphere. They do casino bowling on Saturday nights which is a lot of fun. My only complaint is that food is a little pricey for what you get, and the bar is expensive. The OK alcohol tax is seriously stupid high. So that plays into the bar prices, but the prices still seem too high.

In the beginning of September, I booked an event with Holiday Lanes Bowling Center for a church event for September 29, 2019 at 1:00 PM. I called in to book the event and spoke to a representative, and I was told that there was a tournament on the same day. I was told that the tournament would be over before 1 PM. So, I went ahead and book for that day for 60 people at the rate of $7 a child for two games and shoe rental. As the date approached, I went to the bowling alley on September 28, 2019 to talk to the management to make sure everything was alright before the event. Everything seemed alright. So, I didn't think much about it. On the day of the event, I received a call from the bowling alley at 10:23 AM. I was informed that the tournament that was scheduled on the same day was running late and was asked if we could push back until 2:30 PM. As someone who plays in tournaments for sports and games, I understand that tournaments can go longer than expected and I agreed to have my group come at 2:30 PM. Upon arrival, we saw a paper on the door that stated there wouldn't be lanes open until 5:00 PM. Assuming that the sign was because our group had the venue booked, I brushed it off as I walked in. To my dismay, I was informed the tournament that they had planned was still running behind with the players having three games left, and the lanes wouldn't be available to us until 4:30 PM. Our whole outing was scheduled until around 4:30, when the kids would be picked up by their parents. This caused panic with those who planned event, myself included. We weren't sure what to do. The event, that these kids were looking forward to, was in shambles. As we left the venue to take our kids to do something else, I struggled to comprehend how this could have happened. We continued with our outing at a different venue. Thankfully, this venue was able to take us in on a last minute notice. The next day, September 30, 2019 at 2:53 PM, I receive a call for this establishment. They apologized for the incident that transpired and offered to give us a special for half off every child, $3.50 per child for the next time we come. The representative I spoke with told me that the tournament they held that day was supposed to start at 8:00 AM, but it didn't start until 10:00 AM. I accepted their apology, but there is no way that we will be returning to the location for any event. What I failed to understand is, how can you have a tournament run two hours late and drag on that much longer than expected? I've played in many tournaments for different games and sports before. In every instance I've played, if you are not at your station, table, or field by the time the tournament starts, you are disqualified. It doesn't make sense to me how this situation could have happened, but by the looks of the events, I can see how they can have a bias toward a certain clientele. To conclude, this is a cautionary tale for groups that are looking to book at this bowling alley. I suggest you look for a different venue. You will be put second to their tournament clientele. I don't want this to happen to another group in the future. I can't speak on behalf of a smaller groups experience, but with our group of around 50-60 people, I've never had to deal with this amount of stress booking an event at any venue. If there was a zero star option that would have been my preferred choice.

Yesterday family and friends got together and had an amazing time here. We had about 30 people in our group, so one could consider this a large party. The customer service was top notch the entire visit. The cheese burger and fries was so good!!!! (This is what I had.) However, others bragged about there food as well. We all had something different. The menu options were great, they have something for almost everyone. The restroom was clean.Just a good vibe, don't sleep on this place. Lola C.

The Staff there is young. Not a bad thing, just that they are. The complaint is that their lanes need a lot of work. More specifically, the pin setter and ball return. I bought a brand new ball about a month ago. Took it there and bowled with it and you should see the gouges I have in my new ball. Not scratches ( though they are there too), but outright chunks that were taken out of the ball. So because of this, I do not recommend you bowl there. At least not with any ball you care about.

Avid bowler here and unfortunately I've had several bad experiences during league nights on Monday's. Sarah and Kerri with the league are extremely rude and condescending. They apply league and alley rules whenever, to whomever, however they see fit. After reading the league rules I noticed that many rules aren't being enforced. Such as no gambling and no profanity. Just the rules that they personally decide to and to whom they decide to. Like where non league bowlers are to sit or not to sit. Which by the way, I did not read about in 100 page league rule book. My friends are in the league and I attend to cheer. Yet I get rudely spoken to each week and I'm not even a member. Member or not, that is simply not how you conduct business. The front desk girl on 6/28/21 was also rude. She asked one of my friends for his weekly dues while he was in the middle of his first game. He said that he needed to visit the atm and that he couldn't because he was in the middle of a game and that he would try and get over to the atm in between games. She rolled her eyes and said ok. No more than 15 mins later she comes back, stares him down and snatched up the due envelope. So unfortunately the dues went unpaid this week.Isn't this a bowling alley? Isn't this supposed to be fun? Asking for myself and several friends.

I'm coming on here very angry 1 with the service that we received, not sure if the young lady was having a bad day or not but so not professional. 2 we booked a party and the table cloth that was on the table was completely dirty. We paid money for our family to enjoy themselves as well as the birthday boy. This bowling alley is close to our home. This is starting to be ridiculous because this is not my first issue here
