Hilton Garden Inn Oklahoma City Midtown

It's what an HGI should be. Recently renovated and done really nice. They gave us an upgrade to a beautiful new room that was nicely appointed. The new bar/restaurant has a great new menu and the food we had was outstanding.The most notable was the staff. The young lady at check in was very nice and helpful. The bartender/server was only on his 5th day there but did a great job. He was kind and attentive to all customers the entire time we were there. And again, compliments to the chef. Great job HGI!!

The hotel itself was nicely appointed, and clean. But the staff was lacking the friendliness and customer service skills that should be part of the hospitality sector. In spite of being very close to a very busy 6 lane road, it wasn't noisy in the room.

Having stayed in more than 500 Hilton Properties. This place was so bad it was borderline humorous. There was something wrong with the key system so each guest had to be taken to their rooms one by one. We fortunately arrived at nearly midnight so we only waited 30 minutes or so. I get tech issues are frustrating and out of your control, but the night staff was pissy at the world because of it. It was my and my 14 year olds first naked lobby man experience. Apparently he had been locked out so was just hanging out in the lobby stark naked. The room, fortunately was comfortable. Upon leaving though, the front door was open and broken and a piece of the weather stripping caught me in the neck which is what prompted my review. Hopefully they have a better day today. The day staff was friendly.

I didn't take pictures at check-in when the room was still clean, and didn't want to show y'all our mess. It wouldn't be a true representation of the room. However I can say that this hotel seems to have been remodeled recently. Comparing the pictures on the Yelp profile to the room I'm staying in now, definitely an upgrade in the furniture and the style. As soon as we entered the hotel it was so elegant, and it smelled so clean and new. I think they are actually still in the process of renovating some of the rooms. In terms of sleeping/living accommodations, I give it a five star.Now if you are used to using Hilton, you know that they changed their rewards program for meals. They no longer do simply just to complimentary breakfast but you have a meal credit per person in the room per day. Well this may sound convenient because you can get food at any time of the day versus breakfast only, the credit does not cover whatever item you choose on the menu. This is because everything is usually more expensive than the credit itself. And here, the restaurant was not exciting at all. We were able to use the credit in the snack area so that was a plus.

lost water for several hours now no hot water to take a shower, this is the 3rd Hilton property that I have stayed at that has had issues with Maintaince. I will have look at other hotel chains to stay at while I'm traveling for work because this seems to be an issue throughout all their properties

While I'm a Hilton guy to the end, Garden Inn's are typically not one of my go to's as are Embassy's, DoubleTree's, Hampton's and Homewood Suites, only because it offers a different experience which doesn't resonate equally for me, especially with the honors points. I recognize this review may not sound positive, so let me change the tone a bit. Beautiful property from the lot to the lobby. I was warmly welcomed, and though early, offered a comparable room immediately available, and while traversing to my room, my digital key was available and granted me immediate entrance. My room was quite comfortable and I immediately settled in before changing and heading to lunch. When I returned, I immediately went to sleep before awakening for dinner. Glad to be here.

Christmas was in the air the moment you walked through the doors. Decorated beautiful. Greeted with a smile, I didn't need to check in. The option to check in through the app makes it fast and convenient. Walked up to our room and the door magically opened as it was waiting for us to enter. The room was nice with two queen beds. Although the beds were hard, it was still somewhat comfortable. We ventured down to the pool. Since it was full with a lot of guest, we decided to get a quick workout in. Nice equipment, towels, water, monitors on each machine for your viewing pleasure. Forgot earbuds? They have some disposable earbuds to help you rock that workout. I didn't make it to the bar but it looked very nice and inviting. Will have to come back for a few drinks. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this location. Close to shopping, unique restaurants, entertainment, and close to highways.

Nikki and Kayla are amazing!! I checked in to stay the night here and they were the lovely people that helped me! Truly so kind and helpful I was so appreciative. The hotel itself is actually gorgeous and my room had a whirlpool tub which was so relaxing! I would absolutely be staying at this hotel again if I were to be visiting Oklahoma City again!

My son and I needed a place to stay at the last minute during a long road trip, as the hotel I initially booked with another chain wasn't in the right area. We decided to go to the Hilton Garden Inn, and I'm so grateful we did. Maria went above and beyond to help us. She was kind, understanding, and accommodating, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, and welcoming. Thank you, Maria, and the entire staff at Hilton Garden Inn, for your exceptional service!

Breakfast was great! Lola is truly amazing very welcoming and warm, kinda felt like a friend from home although I'm far from it. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you Hilton
