Highly highly recommended. They were wonderful to work with. We were seeking a knowledgeable plumber to install our new sink basin, faucet, garbage disposal, and RO filter. We shopped around for install prices and NO ONE quoted us anywhere close to what Hicks quoted - and Hicks stuck to their quote price. A friend recommended this business so we called to get started. Christie called me back the next day to let me ask some questions and they also had a texting line, which was great for sharing photos as needed. We were scheduled with JJ rather quickly and he did wonderful work. He showed up on time and was personable but still dedicated to his work. I felt comfortable with him in my home and he was mindful of my dog during loud work. He cleaned up after himself and was timely on any errands he had to run to get more parts or tools. He let us know that the countertop was getting a little soft and that in the coming years, we should consider getting them replaced and I appreciated that knowledge being shared. When finished we paid and he said to call back if anything leaked or if we had any issues. If we need more work in the future, we will be calling! Thank you Christie & JJ!

Hicks saved us thousands of dollars!!! We were assigned Second Opinion Heat and Air by our warranty company (American Home Shield) that guy lied to us and fooled us into thinking that we had to have a completely new unit. Luckily, we got a "second opinion" from a real heat and air company like Hicks. Their honesty is a rare quality these days. They've won my service for the rest of my life.

Hicks saved us over $5,000 by fixing our HVAC unit. FROG came and looked at it and said it needed to be replaced. Not so. In steps Jeremy who saved the day. He came and looked at it. Found the coil was faulty. Did his research and found it was still under warranty! He replaced it and got us up and running that very day. FROG HVAC didn't bother to check ANY warranty info and was just going to do this enormous job. Jeremy got us cool quick and saved us a ton of money. Now THAT is how you treat a customer. Awesome job Hicks HVAC!

My air conditioner stopped working during the run of 100+ days recently. Hicks came to our rescue the same day I called! He cleaned the unit and filters after replacing the needed part to make sure our unit was running efficiently. He even discussed how we can plan for the future since our unit is on the older side. I can't say enough about their top-notch professionalism and service.

We installed a fire pit on our back patio and needed a gas line ran out to it and the plumbing for the lines and valves in the fire pit. Hicks was one of the few who actually called us back and gave us the best bid. Robert and I traded dozens of emails to make sure everything was built just right. He was great about staying on top of the job and making sure we knew when they would be there. Definite recommend if looking for someone who is responsive and competitively priced.

Hicks gave us the best price and have great reviews. The crew got to work and installed a heat pump in our 1963 attic. Way to go Hicks! I appreciate you all very much. I love my new heat and air!
