This is a hard review to write because I really enjoy this place..however they leave a lot to be desired!! The ambience and atmosphere are great,the balcony view and facilities all up to par!! That's the good,unfortunately the bad outweighs it. The bad being... the prices are kind of high,when you sit upstairs and order food,the waitstaff seems as if your needs are not the priority and they don't show UFC fights!! I called once and they said yes! I invite friends and we watch the prelims which are free and as the main event started they hadn't purchased it.When I asked they said whoever is over that decided against it,it was one of the biggest cards of the year!! We had to leave and go elsewhere. As I stated,I wish none of this was true but unfortunately it is.

This is a great place to visit for an indoor activity for adults and children. The indoor activities include bowling, pool tables, laser tag, bars, just to name a few. I chose bowling and had an excellent time.

We tried this place out today and we just were not impressed. I ordered the pretzel bite appetizer, it comes out with no plates. Then the margherita pizza comes and he says "I'll bring you some plates". Wow yeah, that would be helpful. The pizza had one flavor, GARLIC, I have never in my life added salt to a pizza but I had to salt this pizza because other than the garlic it was BLAND. Server didn't come check on us during the meal, had to ask for water refills when he brought the bill. Paid the bill with my phone. When he passed by again I asked for a box. He brings a regular to go box. I look at it and look at my pizza and he says "oh, do you want a pizza box?" Uh ya think? The arcade was very lack luster. Claw machines were tiny prizes and the one machine with decent toys was 20 tokens! We didn't even win a single thing in the claw machines because the claws were too weak to grasp anything. Not many games to choose from, on one game it said our score should be 30 tickets and it only gave us 4, ended up with 480 tickets which bought us a small toy car, a small little clapping hands toy and one press on tattoo. What a rip. The round one arcade is MUCH better and we always end up winning something in those claw machines. I don't care to return to this place. Staff was friendly even though restaurant waiter was a bit inattentive and the bathrooms and restaurant were clean, but the food and the games were lacking so we won't return.

Such a great place to come for bowling! The staff is great and the food is even better. The arcade is so fun. I totally recommend coming here for some family fun!

Staff is overworked and over stretchedManagement is just babysitting for the owners while they creep on cameras to make sure employees are always doing something.Honestly the servers are drowning because too much is being put onto them Between remaining the heyday way brandAnd literally they have to do whatever the customer ask. And it was sad to find out from the server i got the opportunity to have a splendid time am also glad i took time to really see how this company has cause and effect on not only their customers but their employees as well.But dont be too quick to tell them if their dirty tricks dont add up or you will be "forever banned"LmaoArcade and all the activities are fun I will admit it cost a arm and a leg even with a Groupon.Pizza is okay, dough is good. Thts honestly it.Also if anyone for some reason feels to come to this money hungryOver working employees and putting blame on the people that actually do an amazing job.Please be kind to the serversA lot of the faults in this business is in my personal experience are within organizationManagement And making sure employees are safe/taken care of.Servers are the lowest paid at this establishment and they rlly dont make much bc of frustrations customers have that arent their fault.Heyday way is abusive and honestly feel its not the way. Only giving 5 stars in hopes this can be brought to attention of the community of Oklahoma how this business effects their employee & customer connections. Its disappointing

It's just crazy that they'd offer to fund a high school's prom and then taking back that 15000 dollars because they had to reschedule because of tornados. People *died*. That's really cringe. Business with no morals.

Went there yesterday the service was great. Today and management was rude and bartender was slow . Would only go back if the right crew was there

It was expensive. It was very hot, perhaps due to the curtain being up for another event. The food was good, but expensive and no amounts on the menu. Our lane had multiple problems, so they extended our time. I was surprised that it wasn't better since it is one of the few bowling alleys in or near south OKC. We will try Norman or Bricktown instead next time. It did not make me want to go back.

We went to the property earlier in the day to make a lane reservation and were told they cannot help us and we had to do it online ourselves. After leaving and making the reservation online when we showed up, none of the names were on the scorecard and had to spend five minutes or more getting that set up which caused us to not even finish a full game in an hour for five people. What made it even worse is I had one shot left and the computer completely shut off our game. We ordered drinks while bowling and it probably took 20 minutes because the server had to go upstairs and wait and then bring them back to us.We decided to eat in the restaurant which had one employee and we were the only table. We actually had to get up and go to the kitchen to tell him we wanted to order, and when the food came out, without telling us they charged us three dollars for ranch dressing and refills on the sodas were four dollars each. Three of the games in the arcade took swipes off the kids cards, but never started the game. Definitely not impressed with the customer service at all.

We are here tonight for a Big Brother Big Sister event. ( I am on the board) The staff is AMAZING!!! Every need we had was met with a smile and no problem. Brooklyn our lane waitress was as sweet as can be. We never waited long for anything. A HUGE SHOUTOUT to Connie who coordinated everything.
