Butters was our beloved 50 pound Boxer that passed away at home due to health issues at the age of 14. She was our daughters dog. It's such an incredibly hard thing to deal with, but Kyle at Heavenly pets was beyond 100% awesome!! All I had to do was call and let Kyle know it was time. He came out with a girl that worked for him ,(I don't remember her name) but she was great too. They came in the house and picked up Butters with such care and dignity. (You'd think he's worked in this industry before). We drove down about 2-3 weeks later and Butters was in a very nice urn with all of her information on it. They did such a great job. I hope to not have to make that call anytime soon, but if we do I will call Kyle at Heavenly pets again.

Compassionate and very respectful experience. My sweet dog passed away unexpectedly during the night. I had to be at work before any Vet's offices were open for me to leave her for cremation.Unsure of what to do, I called the "Heavenly Pets" number. A gentleman answered and said he would meet me at the business before 7:00 AM.It was obviously outside of business hours but he was kind and understanding. He never made me feel as if I were "putting him out".My girl's remains were ready to be returned to me quickly and were in a beautiful wooden box.The cost was the same, if not less, than I had paid in the past, for other pets.I definitely recommend them for your needs.Wonderful customer service during a very difficult time.

I can't say enough positive things about Hesvenly Pets!Everyone that I made contact with, from my phone call to get information to picking up my sweet Lucy, were phenomenal!I had a sweet mini schnauzer that I inherited that had a multitude of physical ailments and was taking 5 different medications. She had a hard life before me and unfortunately I only had her for just over 6 months before she passed in our arms. We had grown to love her immensely and miss her dearly. The phone call was made a few hours after she passed. We found out how much it would cost and after asking twice, as we could not believe how inexpensive it was, we got the information as to their location. We also found out that they offer to pick up your furbaby if you so desire. We decided we wanted to take her, so we could see the place and to also give us a bit more time with Lucy. We also found that they are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.We made the long drive to Heavenly Pets, which was difficult to find, but they made it just a bit easier to find with arrows as to where to park and to find their entrance. When we first arrived, noone was at the desk, so we waited a bit and soon a gentleman came to the front. He was tending to someone else's baby who had come in just before us. He was kind, offered his condolences on our loss and explained that the process they utilize is with water and the process is more environmentally friendly but does take longer so it would be a week before we could pick her up. He showed us the urn or beautiful box that her remains would be in and explained they would take her paw prints and put them on the outside of the box along with her name, date of death as well as a few words that we would like to add. It was all very nice. He was very profesional but he showed compassion and understanding and offered us ss much time as we needed with Lucy before he would take her. We really appreciated that. When I picked up her remains. I was greeted by two women. They asked for Lucy's name and then one went to a room in the back to get her. The other woman asked me what kind of animal Lucy was, how old was she, how long did we have her, questions that made me feel they cared and wanted to know about her life. I was touched by this compassion. They didn't need to do that. I mean, I already had paid for their services when I dropped Lucy off, they had my business, they weren't making small talk to build a so-called rapport so as to get my business...they already had it. This was true compassion, real kindness, that they offered and freely gave me. When I cried as I received that little pretty wooden cherry box that held my Lucy, the other woman offered me a hug. I felt the genuine caring this woman had, the desire to offer comfort to another human being who was hurting. I knew that their service was much more than just a business. They offered more than cremation for people's pets. This is their calling, their mission, if you will. They have heart, truly caring about the human side of their business. I needed that, although I didn't know or understand it at the time. I sincerely appreciated their genuiness, compassion and caring hearts and how freely they offered all of it.If you are in need for cremation services, first, please accept my heart-felt condolences. I am sorry for your loss, truly. But this business, which it offers, oh so much more, cremation for your furbaby, they have and offer compassion and sincerity in caring about you and your grief process. I have three other urns that sit next to Lucy. Four different crematories that I have had used due to the passing of my babies. But, I tell you what, Heavenly Pets in Moore will be the ONLY place I will take my babies in the future. I unequivocally and whole-heartedly recommend Heavenly Pets in the event of needing cremation for your furbaby. They are VERY reasonable in their pricing, they are professional, they do their jobs very well and they care, genuinely care for their customers.

People that run this business deserve more than 5 stars . When my fur baby passed in the middle of the night when I was extremely distraught he agreed to meet us and take my baby in and explained the procedure and made sure I know they would take care of him today I picked up his ashes and met the same compression and professional approach .Thank you !

They dont fire their clay prints or seal them so they dont hold up overtime and just crumble. Im heartbroken. Never using their services again. His print is just crumbling and when i first noticed i called snd they told me to spray it with glue...was that not your job? Or your job to tell me to do that. I still am at a loss for words. The print was on my counter as i was trying to figure out how to save the print whether it be making a cast of his paw or something and my cat ran across it.... I havent stopped crying.

My family has used this company unfortunately far too many times. However, each and every time has been a very compassionate one. I highly recommend them to anyone that has lost a pet.

I can not give enough stars for these people. I lost my baby boy of 13 years who I had his entire life. He was a big boy...... they came and picked him up on a Saturday night, with so much sympathy for me and my family, and his ashes were ready less than a week later. I was greeted with a hug and handed the prettiest urn and my babies paw & nose print. Hate that we had to use them but so thankful for them.

I wish I could add stars to this review. Every person I had contact with treated me with true compassion and kindness. I don't have adequate words to express my appreciation. The service is made very simple and not stressful. I made arrangements and payment on the phone. My pet was picked up at my home shortly after. 10 days later I had her back with us. Every question I had was answered and every person was supportive in my grief. It's difficult to say goodbye to our fur family. I wholeheartedly recommend Heavenly Pets to anyone in need of this service.
