I made the mistake of choosing them for my washer dryer instead of a chain because I wanted to support local. Boy, did I learn my lesson. The model I picked was out of stock so we ordered it and they told me it would be delivered within a week. I moved several appointments (including surgery on my spine) so I could be available during the expected delivery date and still be mobile. 2 weeks goes by and not a peep. Finally I call them and the lady says it "just arrived". She said she would call back to schedule the delivery. I wait another day before they call. Finally, delivery day arrived and they bring in the washer. The installation person looks at the connections by taking a picture (it's behind the washer at an awkward angle so he couldn't see it physically without moving the washer). He determines that the connections are severely rusted and they can't risk installing it without turning off the main water. I looked at the picture and just see a lot of dust but being a woman with little experience with installing large appliances, I have to take them on their word. I'm also in an apartment so i don't exactly know where the shutoff valve is. I call the maintenance guy who shows up after they left. He pulls the washer and shows me that the connections are perfectly fine and there is zero rust. The faucet has this weird paint on it which looks like rust but it's just dust. He unhooks and reattached the hose and shows me that there is zero leakage. He tells me there is no need to shutoff the water for the property because each connector has a faucet. I call Harry's back and goodness the attitude these people gave me. Shes refuses to really have a discussion and shuts me down. They claim due to liability they can't risk it which would be fine if this was communicated at the time of purchase. I would have never purchased for them if they were upfront about this. Basically they refuse to install it without the maintenance guy being there. I cannot coordinate that as the maintenance guy has a large window of time he provides for when he'll show up. After a bunch of back and forth, I asked them to refund my installation fee so I can have the maintenance guy do it.TL;DR If you're buying items to install yourself, great but prepare for zero communication and if you're someone with mobility issues or are simply unable to install it on your own, I recommend going elsewhere.

David was a good honest man. Haven't got to tell him it was actually the cord. But he did right by us.

I would give them zero stars! Go somewhere else. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. The first time there is an issue they disappear. I have had to continually call FOR MONTHS to get a wine fridge repaired. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

"Great" is an understatement. My Harry's experience blew me out of the water!!A BIG thanks goes out to Marty and Josiah & Antonio!!My 10-yr-old fridge died on Sunday (Mother's Day) and I was able to replace it with the exact Bosch model I wanted -- with installation last night! Other OKC stores were telling me it would be 7-10 days for delivery... Marty found out I had 3 kids at home and he made refrigerator magic happen!!I placed my order on Monday morning and installation happened the.very.next.day What amazing folks at Harry's!! From here on out, I'll be purchasing ALL of my appliances from this amazing, local company. Thanks again, y'all!!

Purchased a GE Cafe' refrigerator from Harry's this week it is a beautiful beast! Jordan and his assistant did the installation and it was definitely 5 star treatment. They were conscience of our flooring and walls and had us up and running in no time. I highly recommend shopping local!! Thank you Ms. Sandy and the whole team!!!

While the appliance products are excellent, the warranty service calls on washers/dryers are 2-3 weeks waiting time. Waiting for a repair on a 1 1/2 year old washer full of clothes and water for 2-3 weeks is too long.

In my opinion, Buyer beware!! Will never buy from Harry's again. New refrigerator purchased Jan. 31--delivered 4/1 with 3 dents in door. New door ordered. Icemaker pouring water all over bottom of freezer. 2 repair tries and fixed 1 month later. Another month and customer recvd email from manufacturer "parts ordered'....just now ordering door? Customer contacted sales and advised 1st door damaged and had to reorder. So how did the customer know this if you didn't call them? Another month and customer called customer service. Located the new door in the warehouse...when it is unpacked and examined, will call customer for delivery. 10 days later, no contact to customer. A few hours later, delivery called to schedule delivery of new door. New door has another dent but ONLY discovered when the poor installer got all the way out to the house and ready to install before dents recognized. Shouldn't the warehouse have found this after unpacking?? Customer called Harry's and asked for Manager. She advised customer she would NOT have to call again and they would advise when replacement receive. Never a call 3 months later. Customer initiates call to check on door....funny how it JUST CAME IN...really?? Door has dented, but they have a refrigerator exactly the same that is not dented and will remove that door and deliver..... Regardless if Harry's is supposed to be your FRIEND, is this the service you want? Needless to say, Harry's Customer Service leaves ALOT TO BE DESIRED! I wouldn't purchase any product from them. BEWARE!!! Customer understands product availability from manufacturer DOES take time, but this has taken 9 months with very little customer service initiated from Harry's end. Good luck if you choose this business!

Purchased top-of-the-line speed queen washer and dryer from Harry's last fall and was very pleased with entire process from purchase to installation and follow up help/instructions. This is a family owned business and the young men that delivered the appliances were professional and nice even told me about the different wash cycles but what really made the difference was they respected me as a customer. Called yesterday to find out about the delicate cycle on the washing machine and a person actually answered the phone, was very pleasant and helped me understand the different agitation modes. I never write reviews but I want Harry to know how much I appreciate being treated like a human being and will certainly do business with them in the future. Steve deQuevedo, Oklahoma City

I called a local appliance repairman to come and look at my leaking washing machine. After taking it apart, the cost to repair it and it's age, we agreed that it would be better to buy a new one. I asked for a store recommendation and one of them was Harry's! I shopped a couple of places first but ended up at Harry's, and I'm so glad I did! A man named Jacob helped me! He was prompt in helping me find just what I needed and gave me a very fair deal! Delivery was fast compared to other stores. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience, and I love that it's locally owned!

I have always bought my appliances from Harry's and trusted them implicitly but I am changing my mind. Since 2008 I have purchased 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, a commercial washer and dryer and glass top stove and a Sony 55 inch Smart TV. The TV cost me 800 dollars and lasted 2.5 years and you would think after all the money I have spent in the store they would at least give me a discount on a new TV ! Nope they charged me 75 dollars to pick it up diagnose it and then bring it back, the problem was more expensive to fix than the TV was worth. Then I had to fight with Sony! Never again if this is how they treat their loyal customers! Harry would be ashamed of how his customers are being treated! Sandy is a amazing customer service person who gives you her advice on what they have in your price range. David works on the TV's and I know he knows what he is doing, I just felt completely ignored as a loyal customer. There was one woman who answered the phone up there who definitely doesn't need a job with the public, when you work with the public you are considerate and respectful this lady was neither. She either needs lessons on how to deal with the public or she needs to find another job
