Awesome park for the pups! Large space for small and large dogs. Lots of other dogs to play with and obstacles as well.

I live in Norman and like to stay local, but Moore's Dog park is amazing. There's is a large parking lot and walking trail around the park. It's truly a beautiful, well maintained park. The city built a concrete area around the water faucet to avoid a big muddy mess, really great idea. There are plenty of tables and benches with shades area for the dogs and their human friends. So many big trees, what a treat! The park is quite large so there is more than enough room for dogs run and play.Really great job Moore!!!

I love this park! I've been to the one near Hefner and the one in Norman, this park kills those two in space, parking size, water stations, shaded areas, seats, and "dog amenities". This might be because it's new but this is my new go to dog park. They say the crowds come around 7 during the summer due to heat, there were maybe 6 other dogs when I went at 2pm. Way too hot during the summer. I hope they keep up maintenance with this place, it's really nice.

The Happy Tails Dog Park is really awesome! It's so nice to have a dog park in between Norman and OKC. This park has a little dog side and a big dog side. I wish the entrance where you unleash your dog was separated but that's okay. It still gets the job done. The little dog side is quite big and there are a few little obstacles for the dogs to play with if they are not entertained by the other dogs. There is a nice spot to get water and plenty of bags to pick up after your dog. For the adults, there are some nice tables in the shade and a few trees. There are also bathrooms right outside the park which is really nice that they have those there. Overall, the park is super cute and fun. My only suggestion would be to add a spot where you can put some water on your dog... or a little kids pool where they can cool off in the summer.

Great dog park! It's fairly big, really clean and well taken care of. There's a separate area for smaller dogs which is nice if you have a smaller dog like me. There's also walking trails nearby if you would rather go on a walk with you dog as well.

Moore's dog park is a great addition to the community. There are both a small and large dog side with an entrance area between the two for you to unleash your best friend. Both sides are good sized with picnic tables under shade. There is a water fountain and a doggie water fountain on either side as well. There is plenty of dedicated parking and a nice restroom just a few steps away from the entrance. There are nice big trees throughout the park and plenty of grass. What could get better:There is a little issue with keeping the grass near the entrance to the large dog side alive and from turning into a 50ft dirt patch. They did lay down new grass but the summer heat didn't give it a chance. Long story short, I appreciate the effort. Don't give up.

Glad we finally have a dog park in Moore. There's two separate areas, for small dogs under 30Ibs and large dogs. Picnic tables under shade for owners to sit and they even have a restroom and water fountains. It was confusing at first to find it because FB said it was located at Buck Thomas but the road to it was a little further down off of 12th on the other side of the Moore water tower.

This is one of nicest dog parks I have been to, I have been to many of them across the US.Very well thought out, immaculate grounds, nice shade areas and restrooms right outside the entrance.Only things I would like to see added are a water feature like a perpetual fountain for the dogs to cool off in and flood lights for security at night!Very PAWESOME park!!!!!They have a Facebook group (forum) for doggy parents to share pics, videos, articles, events, and have discussions.https://www.facebook.com/groups/mooredogpark/

This was our first time to visit a dog park with our Bella. It is in a very nice location with trails to explore if you opt out of the park. When we arrived there were only 3 dogs in the large dog area and 2 in the small. We took it easy as Bella, while being around 7 dogs daily with her previous owner was a bit standoffish when one large dog came to greet her. We sat and let the other dogs greet her before walking her to the other side of the generous play area and taking her off her leash. She loved smelling all the new smells and quickly relaxed. The area was clean and it looked as though people were courteous to remove their dogs waste. Bags and bins were plentiful. For the two legged owners there were very clean bathroom facilities located right outside the park.

I wish there was a dog park closer to me in SW OKC, but this one is the closest and I'll take it! There are two sections, one for large dogs and one for small, which I think is pretty essential. It's usually pretty hopping so be prepared for there to be a lot of dogs (should be expected but other dog parks I've been to are more sparsely attended). There are great walking trails too so if there are too many dogs you can just take a beautiful scenic walk.
